room keys both failed. room cleanliness OK but not fantastic. very much an airline commuter and personnel stop over hotel. nothing fancy, but not bad.

I stayed here in order to catch an early morning flight from Newark. I was able to turn my car in at the airport and catch the shuttle back to the hotel, get a decent room service meal, and get to the airport the next morning with no problems. My room was quiet and clean, so I was quite happy.

Great location. Stayed only one nite. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and courteous.

We only stayed one night in the hotel as we had to catch an early flight out of Newark. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the airport shuttle was very dependable. We had no complaints & would stay again!

This hotel's restaurant was VERY slow; an hour and a half spent in the dining room - most of that waiting for food - is way too long. The front staff had an indifferent attitude; not rude exactly but an "I don't really care what you think" kind of vibe. The rest of the staff was fine - probably better than average. The exercise room is fine - you can definitely find enough to give you a workout but the indoor pool is uninviting; the outdoor portion of the pool was closed - odd for summer time. The room was comfortable. Be prepared -- except for a Perkins restaurant (which had a horrendous odor) two doors down there is absolutely NOTHING very close around this hotel but see dining tip.

I did enjoy my vacation and I will recommend this place cause it is so clean and the staff are really nice except for one male staff in the front desk who worked last Friday July 15, 2011. That guy never smiled and has an attitude. I hope that the management will give a good training to their staff about people skills and how to deal with customer. Also another bad experience is when the computer that is for the guest use , took them 2 days to fix it. They also need to improve their bar cause theres no night life in the area.

very nice hotel, clean , very nice bed.

We stayed at this hotel as we had an overnight layover. The transportation from the airport to the hotel was VERY slow. We called for transportation and was told 10 minutes. It took about 30 minutes (and a few calls to the hotel) for someone to show up. Meanwhile, about a dozen other hotel vans showed up quickly for their customers. We were then given a room that smelled horribly of cigarette smoke (even though this is a non-smoking hotel). We were given another room (this all happening at 11:00 at night and after a day of traveling). The new room had a faint smoky smell in the bathroom. Other problems included: a torn bedspread, a non-working wall thermostat (however unit under window worked). The next morning at 6:00 am, I discovered we only had 2 bath towels (there were four of us). I called housekeeping for more towels and was told by the front desk that I had to come and get them!! Not a good experience at all.

The staff was really nice and very helpful with our touristy questions about how to get to NYC. The rooms were clean and comfy and the food was yummy. The only negative was that the pool was GROSS! Honestly, I'm not sure if they just don't have a cleaning schedule or they forgot. The water was cold and there were big smudges on the windows...who knooows where they came from :-P

Situated near the airport, but no plane noise. Near I-95 and accessible to NY city. Room was well kept and comfortable. The restaurant was the surprise----excellent food (and drinks) with a superb wait staff.
