Great for business travel
The staff was very welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfy,the food was fair and there is a Starbucks. What more could we need for an overnight stay? I was happy.

My stay was only overnight after a long drive. The staff member that checked me in was very pleasant and the room was quite comfortable. I got a very restful nights sleep before the last leg of my trip.

Great beds
This was a great play to stay. It is very quite and the beds are fantastic. Room service was very good and timely. I will return!

Nice Stay
I traveled to the Sheraton Edison with my two children and mother for a dance competition at the NJ Convention Center just down the road. Check in was easy, the staff was friendly. There seemed to be a large event happening at the hotel, but the space there is large, so it didn't seem crowded in the open areas. We didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel, as we were busy with our own event. Our room was nice and clean. The hotel was quiet, even though it was full. I do prefer rooms that provide mini fridges - but was aware they didn't offer one before we arrived. The one major downfall to our stay was for some reason the Starbucks inside the hotel wasn't open during our entire stay??? When you have to get up before 5 am, the thing you look forward to is grabbing that Starbucks on the way out the door! We weren't warned of the closing (temporary or permanent) - so that was a bummer.

Short drive from hotel
There is Harold's NY Diner right around the corner. Please be aware if you order out from there, each order is like food for 4 people. It's an insane amount of food. We did get room service from the Sheraton one night. The quality and taste of the food was very good, although we had to call 4 or 5 times to get through to someone.

Bad customer service, noisy
Booked club level room at higher rate, not put in club level due to pet, NO COMPENSATION from hotel since it was "already paid for"! Then, assigned to a room in the middle of a block of rooms given to some very loud guests. The room was sandwiched in between two doors designed as "adjoining rooms" - just separated by VERY THIN doors. We heard every word, screaming children (multiple), TV until after midnight. Kids running up and down halls, etc. Call to the front desk did nothing. Pool was closed for this "private party" and club was closed for the weekend (no notice of this on website) Starbucks in lobby closed - no explanation. Waste of money - don't stay here.
