Terrible
There was no housekeeping for a three night stay, the rooms looked filthy. And the wifi kept disconnecting the entire stay. And the receptionist told me I had to troubleshoot on my own.

Good location, no extras...
It is not a bad option, if you need to stay somewhere for a month at least. The built in kitchen is great, but don't expect any usual hotel service. They don't have 24 hour maintanance, so if your toilet brakes, you're in trouble. There is no breakfast, dining or daily housekeeping, although the rooms are clean and well kept. It is not a bad value afterall.

Don't be fooled
The room was very small and hot, and it wasn't clean. The bathroom was tinyand provided 2 towels, and no hand soap. The kitchen was ok but the trash stunk. The bedroom was small the bed was uncomfortable and squeaky. We reserved a room with a queen to king bed and got a full size. Not to mention that the staff was very unfriendly. Not a good experience.

Could be better
Hotel is in a great location. Room had a kitchen area which is great for a longer stay. It does not encourage business travelers at it gave the impression of a rental building. The bed was not stable and it made a lot of sounds. TV was old and picture was not great.

Short walk from hotel
There is a great restuarant walking distance called Harold's. The hugest sandwitches you ever saw. I had lunch there, had left over for dinner and still leftovers for lunch the next day.
