Hilton East Brunswick Hotel & Executive Meeting Center

Even the Cleveland Airport provides free WiFi. This hotel charges $9.95 per day. Inexcusable. No movies available. Have replaced movies with HD TV stations. What's with that? Mattress too soft. Turn-off from highway not marked. Servers in sports bar, and in restaurant, more interested in talking to one another than keeping an eye out on the needs of diners. Only the sports bar opened an adequate number of hours.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Service was friendly, and $8 self parking is a bargain. We did try to go to their Sportsbar after the Rutgers game, but it closed earlier than the 2:00am time listed.

From the moment we checked in this was a wonderful experience. Parking garage was very easy to navigate, front desk was extremely helpful even with a mix up with my room. Room was clean and the bed was wonderful. Great weekend all around. Would def stay here again!

Cleanliness of room, amenities in room and front desk service all very average, than expected.

The hotel is dated and worn at best. They did not have adequate handicapped parking for my mother so she had to walk a long distance. The first room we got had the wallpaper falling off the wall. We picked up the phone to call the front desk and it did not have a dial tone. The second phone in the room was also not working. We went to leave the room to go down to the front desk and the door was jammed. The doorknob was hanging by one screw and we would not get out. We had to call the hotel to let them know we were locked in a room we could not get out of. They did give us a free night for that nightmare but that was just the beginning. The new room was ok but worn. We asked for additional pillows and blankets from housekeeping and were told they were on the way in a few minutes. After 5 calls over 3 hours they finally told us they had to go to another hotel to get them. They showed up at 1am, after we went to sleep, giving up on them. When we went into the buffet there was no one there to greet you, seat you, or take a drink order. Customers were just wandering around wondering what to do. They were massively understaffed with only three staff for a restaurant that could seat about 75 at a time. When I asked for a glass of water I was told there were drinks on a table and that I could get one of them. When I pointed out that there was no water there they said "Fine! I will get you some." Needless to say that was the only drink I saw. They also would not let anyone order from the bar for some reason. The food was generally low quality. Every time we tried to call for room service they were either out of everything we asked for (tried six items with no luck) or there was a three plus hour wait. I'm not sure what the hotel was planning for but it was not making guests comfortable and happy. We were there for a pageant for my daughter that started at 5pm. I asked for late check out and they charged me the full room rate for an extra four hours. I requested that we stay until 5pm since that was when we needed to be ready by and they said it would be $169, twice the rate I paid. This hotel was out to make money and could not care less about the comfort of their guests. I would never stay here again. I am very disappointed because Hilton Hotels are usually above reproach in meeting every need of their guests and having newly renovated spaces. This hotel is a disgrace to the chain.

Great service, nice, clean rooms, friendly staff.

I stayed at this hotel because I had an exam to take at Rugters University. The people were very nice. My room was perfect for my needs. Except the toilet would not stop running. Very annoying. Also, my phone did not work. I had alot of studying to do, so I did not want to loose time trying to get both of these situations fixed. Also, according to the [...] add, there was supposed to be a complementary breakfast. However, I could not find it, and there was no information in my room about where it was (I could not call to ask because my room phone did not work). I decided to just check out and grab breakfast on my way home. Oh, and the bed was super UNCOMFORTABLE! I had to ice my neck the next day, and two days later I am still sore. Would I stay at this hotel again? Probably not, but I will say that it was clean, the employees were very nice, and the hotel served its purpose for my basic needs.

Easy to get to off the highway. Nice ammenities. The linens and room servIce were excellent. Very comfortable king bed. Nice 8th floor view of trees. However, the [...]low price room of this non-smoking hotel was previously occupied by a smoker. The carpet, couch and drapes were saturated with the smell. I only stayed one night otherwise I would have requested a different room.

Outstanding value for an excellent hotel. Strong staff, excellent facilities, clean well appointed room, made for a great stay.
