2 of 5 for a Crowne Plaza Hotel

I've recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Nashua, NH, and I can't even compare these two hotels. I was expecting ... something along the same line. Next time I'll pay more attention to galley pictures and comments. The exterior was nice and location was ideal for accessibility. The lobby was small, the business center consisted of computer on a table in the lobby, off to to the side. I would have liked privacy off the lobby, in a small room instead. The bar attached to the hotel was less than professional with attire, for the staff. I felt like I was in a neighborhood bar. As for the room it was clean, but dated. Even the small detail of the little pouches found at other Crowne Plaza's was missing. I will be going back to Nashua in the future for business on a regular basis. I along with my staff will be staying at the Nashua, Crowne Plaza, but I will not be returning to the Clark location.

The hotel experience was good-What was a little upsetting is I was on [...] to book and the room charge was $72.00, I had to ... check with my Aunt if this was the right location ( we were attending an engagement party) and the price went up within 10 hours to a grasnd total of $108.00. I think you should get some fair warning.

Crowne Plaza a Crown in New Jersey

I was in town for a medical convention and it was a clean and professionally run hotel. The restaurant was relaxing and the ... food extremely well prepared. I will return to the Crowne Plaza my next time in town.

We were on a long drive and arrived very late (~2am) and very tired. We were greeted by very friendly staff who understood we ... just needed a few hours of solid sleep and upgraded our 2 rooms to adjoining rooms on the 'quiet' floor. The rooms were very nicely appointed, complete with mints on the pillows. Most importantly, the beds and pillows were very comfortable, and it was QUIET. We were only there for a few hours, but we got the sleep we needed to continue our journey the next day. Definitely would stay here again! THANKS!

Easy taxi transfer to and from NJ Transit to Penn Station NY. Cooperative, friendly, helpful front desk. Comfortable rooms ... with many amenities. Two small drawbacks: exterior windows are due for a wash and breakfast buffet a little skimpy late on Sunday morning--however, big pot of coffee produced almost immediately. Would defintiely stay there again as good substitute for NYC hotel costing 3X as much.

The wife and I usually go here when we have an event in the area and we get to have the grandparents watch the kids.From the ... moment we walked in, the girl at the desk, [...], was nothing short of helpful. She even upgraded us in room and threw in a free breakfast. This little bit of customer service made the stay that much more enjoyable. The room was nice and quiet, the bed was so comfortable we even slept past our normal wake up time...and the price is reasonable for the area.

Traveled with my wife and my 83 yr old mother-in-law and they were comfortable. Even had a recling chair in the room-very ... nice. Surprise there was no complementary breakfast, fruit or cookies, like other 5 star hotels have...too bad, it's a nice feature when you are in a hurry.

I was in town for the weekend. The desk clerk was very helpful at giving me directions when I got lost. She stayed on the ... phone with me the whole time while I driving there and had me all checked in when I arrived. The room was very clean and smelled good.

My wife, three year old and my mother-in-law were all very satisfied with our six-night stay. My wife is quite picky. The ... first morning she requested new outer-covers for the beds and within ten minutes there was someone knocking at our door! The first night I went down to the front-desk to inquire about purchasing chocolate mild and cookies for my son. The desk clerk provided me with free cookies and the bar attendant provided me with free chocolate milk! The rooms were clean, modern, and well-attended to during the week. However, the air conditioning system was just a bit on the less-than-silent side. The location of the hotel was right off the Garden State Parkway which made traveling an easy task. The room price was also right, though the hotel restaurant was a bit on the high side. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation.

The public areas are a little beat up, but the rooms are well appointed, spacious and clean. The Crowne Plaza is ... convenient to the NJ Parkway and other points of interest in the Metro area. Handy, but not too close to the Newark airport. The staff is friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again.

I am a professional event planner and I pay close attention to details. The staff at the this hotel were personable, ... friendly, and gracious. My requests from the front desk or room service, housekeeping were expediously responded to. My recommendation for the hotel would be to have exercise equipment. The next time I'm in New Jersey I will stay at this hotel again. It was a delightful experience.

This hotel was located in a great place. Little bit away from Newark airport but not to bad. Rooms are in good shape, but ... there is no fridge and bathrooms are a little small. Staff was wonderful very friendly. I strongly recommend this hotel if you want to stay out NY city and close to it.
