GREAT VALUE AT THE BEST BEACH!!!!
The staff is very friendly and eager to help when needed. The room was spacious with refrigerator , microwave and coffee maker. The views from balcony on third floor and roof sun deck are spectacular. The beach is right across the street and everything needed is within a short walk. Food, coffee, and shopping are close and affordable.

lobster house is great for a dinner treat! Our waitress Sandy was super and the food delicious!

Nice People - Ok stay
The room was fine and reasonably clean. Bathroom was clean. Heater did not work but they gave us a space heater. Nice people, seems like a family, running the place. Ocean View almost completely blocked by buildings. But an Ok stay and very inexpensive.
