Mostly OK

The hotel gives a good 1st impression, but carpet and paint are ageing. Our room had a mold problem in the bathroom. Probably scrubbing the tile with bleach and painting would fix it. Smoking and non-smoking rooms mixed in same halls. Breakfast area very cramped. The neighboring Comfort Inn we stayed at last month was $5 more expensive, but worth it for the indoor pool if nothing else.

The not so friendly getaway

Staff unfriendly and uncooperative. No suggestions or attemt to make our visit pleasant. 3 different desk clerks-none friendly. Also the lounge was not open on a Saturday night...though they claimed they had a full house ...

nice family weekend

The hotel was located in between 6 flags & sesame street place. I highly recommend sesame street place, my 7 month old and 8 year old loved it. The hotel was great for the price we paid.

Ramada Inn

I was attending a convention. Pool was out doors and too cold out to use. Contintal breakfast was good , coffee was weak,"Folgers". The rooms were a little out dated and the convention room and the restrooms and hall ways all had drop cielings that needed repair and replacement. However the rooms were clean and had coffee pot ,ice buckets, ironing boards, and a small safe. The staff was friendly and helpfull

you can do better

this hotel was very convenient to our travel plans and was only a short commute to and from where we were going. The room was clean and comfortable but the security box in our room was found to broken on arrival and was not available the next day when we went out for the day, even though maintenance did come at 0930.When we g ot back that night and were looking forward to reheating some left overs from the previous night, the microwave was not working. The next morning when the manager was approached about having 2 things not working in my room, she was alittle defensive and did not show much concern. The rest of the staff were not over friendly and the housekeepers knocked on our door at 0930 both mornings to clean the room!

very clean

The pools were closed which was a great dissapointment. One of the reasons I choose the ramada was for the indoor pool! The contenental breakfast was run soley by the woman at the front desk. Garbage overflowed. Milk and orange juice jugs were empty....could not get butter for my bagel. This was no fault on her as she had to assist people at the front desk. Need more employees.
