Value is the name of the game at this Trump property that keeps offerings a bit more basic than the name might imply, along with the standards one can expect from a stay at any of "the Donald's" properties. All elements of an Atlantic City experience are on site at Trump Plaza Casino & Hotel, including 24-hour dining, a classic casino, quick access to the beach and Boardwalk, live entertainment and an indoor pool for swimming when the beach bar closes for the season. Drenched Guest
Fun because We made it that way.
Everything was really fine till we came back to our room after dinner. Very bad storm outside. Our room had a leak by the window. Called to tell guest services. They did offer to move us to another tower which meant we had to dress and move.Asked for a room in this tower, at first told there was none, then told one next to us was vacant but we would have to come get the key to see if that room was dry. We opted to stay in the wet room. I did not appreciate this lack of service,. Next day a plumber came to fix the leak the people below us reported that morning. Our call was never reported to anyone or addressed at all that night. By morning the rug was wet half way across the room.

Good hotel, good location however,
Good hotel, good location however, staff were not very friendly and you have to pay for EVERYTHING! English service guy at front desk was very rude and not a nice greeting to the hotel upon checking in.

Ranger Wings
Good place to stay.
It was overall a good experience. The only negative thing was that the front desk couldn't find our reservation and it took us about 10 minutes to register.

Good and Bad
The room was fairly clean (black hair was found all over the toilet, otherwise was clean). My first night the fire alarm went off. No announcement was made if anyone should evacuate or what the problem was. The elevator was out of service for hours. I was forced to walk down from the 33rd floor to the 6th floor. Overall, the staff was extremely friendly and the check in & out process was quick.

A little disappointed
Spent more time at Ceasars next door. The casino next door was much better. Not sure if I would recommend this one to anyone.

not too shabby
the hotel is ideally located right in the middle of the boardwalk. front desk is helpful. they gave us a full ocean view room even though we weren't high rollers (and we didn't even ask for it). only thing is you feel like you're in an old mobster movie. carpet and decor need to be renovated/modernized. but if you don't mind that, it's a great place to stay for a night.

Great getaway..
This was a really great few days off with my husband. The room was great. Right on the main tower and an incredible ocean view. Bed was super comfortable and furnishings were nice. It was central to everything; really great location right on the boardwalk. Would definitely stay again. Great hotel and really great price! Only downside was the pool was closed for the week because they were painting- definitely not a big deal; we were able to swim at the Trump Taj Mahal instead!!

Don't eat at the restaurants in the hotels, unless you wanna spend twice as much as you normally would!! Great restaurants a few blocks away near the outlet malls. (Ruth Chris, Ruby Tuesday, The Melting Pot, McDonalds, and others). Also, definitely see the water show at the pier shops. Amazing!!

We were able to check in early and get the room we wanted with a king size bed. Check in was fast and easy. The room was clean with a great view of the ocean and boardwalk. Great location for everything we wanted to do

Good Room for the Price. Staff not great
Overall Positve. We arrived and the customer service woman was short with us. Didn't want to hear what we had to say. We found the room without incident and it was ok. A little small and the bed sheet had a hole in it. For the price though, it beat expectations. A plus was the security guard at the entrance to the elevators. You cannot roam around the hotel unless you have a room in it. Huge plus as far as im concerned!
