Award-winning Boardwalk beach bar at a high-rise casino resort
Value is the name of the game at this Trump property that keeps offerings a bit more basic than the name might imply, along with the standards one can expect from a stay at any of "the Donald's" properties. All elements of an Atlantic City experience are on site at Trump Plaza Casino & Hotel, including 24-hour dining, a classic casino, quick access to the beach and Boardwalk, live entertainment and an indoor pool for swimming when the beach bar closes for the season. A daily fee gains access to the spa area with jacuzzi, sauna and fitness center.

Should be called Dump Hotel & Casino
We had a beautiful view overlooking the boardwalk, beach and ocean. But the room is badly in need of refurnishing. It was seedy and uncomfortable. Of all the casinos that we visited, Trump's was the least friendly.

Booked 3 rooms for a friday night. We had no problm getting them next to each other and 2 of them conecting as well. rooms were perfect

A Great Experience
Check-in was super simple. Our room was just beautiful with a fantastic ocean view from the 15th floor. Everything was spotless and the beds were so comfortable. There were extra pillows in the closet that were more to our liking than the ones on the bed. We ate breakfasts in the restaurant (I think it was called Cafe 24) and they were delicious. The eggs benedict were perfectly cooked. We had fun in the casino and also liked the location. Our primary reason for this trip was to attend the rodeo which was right next door to Trump Plaza. Tropicana was a short walk away as was Caesar's and Bally's. We really enjoyed our stay and will be happy to stay there again.

Good all round
Visited off season so was quiet. Staff friendly and property was a little dated looking but pleasant. Staff helpful and friendly. This city is not Las Vegas by sea though.

Do Not even think about it
To make it clear, this was not the first time in Atlantic city. We're there 3 times before, and we stayed in 3 different hotels in the city. I swear that Trump Plaza was the worst hotel I stayed in EVER. The staff was so rude and racist. There's no room service after 9pm. The pool was so dirty. Other guests could be too drunk and knocking your door at 3pm yelling and laughing. Once you call security, they will tell you that they will come and force drunk guests to be quiet but they never do. The rooms are so dirty. Beds are uncomfortable and sheets and pillows never been cleaned. The air-condition sounds too loud. You should know that this hotel is very old and they never renew it since it was built There no drink services in the casino and the staff is too rude there.

Not Happy in PA
Room was nasty
When we went up to the room the door was open because the tub was leaking. They said they could not move our room "nothing avalible" ??? Once the plumber patched the problem we found a black bra and a used napkin by the tv stand. There was hair in the tub and our beach view windows ( i upgraded our room to a beach view) was covered with a film so we couldnt see out both windows. Had the maid come back up to "clean" the bathroom. They got the bra but left the napkin. Will not stay there again.
