It's ok

This place is HUGE, it's so big it's kind of intimidating. Plan on getting lost inside the hotel every day. Staff was nice, my main complaint is parking. I drive a van that is over 6'6", so I had to use valet. It would not fit in self parking. It felt like they were holding my van hostage, lol

Made the best of it

Great location, clean beds, filthy prego floors in the room, ash trays in room were still full of old cig butts upon checkin, lighting is very dim, no good for makeup ladies! No control over the temperature, it's all central air and gets warm at times. The bathroom wasn't very clean but we made do, it was OK, nothing fancy. Room service for 2 bacon egg and cheeses that we actually had to make ourselves came to a total of $70.00, better off eating out. The Hotel's staff were either very friendly or beyond rude, there was no happy medium. All in all, it was a decent stay for the price.

well worth it

Room was in the Havana Tower. 2 king size bedroom was very clean and spacious. Had everything I needed with a nice view of the beach and the rest of Atlantic ciry. Would recommend bringing your own soap for the bathroom.

Nice Hotel

Everything about the room was as expected. What I like most about tropicana is all there is to do within the hotel. The only negative I would mention is that the casino needs an improvement on air circulation. The smell of smoke was very strong even in the hallways.

Bachelor party

We had two connecting rooms for our bachelor party. Even though we didn't spend much time in the room but it was a comfortable place to get ready in before we went out for the night. Room was clean. Staff was nice. Nothing spectacular but reasonably priced.
