Not for families

The atmosphere of the hotel is that of a party hotel. Poor response... would not stay in that hotel again.

Lack of involvement in services

Could not get directions to anything in the hotel. Did not get any information from the front desk. Too much time wasted trying to find diferent areas of the hotel. Valet parking attendant was not polite. The room itself was dirty. There was something on the sheet that appeared to be blood and we had to ask housekeeping to come to change the sheets. The bathroom floor was dirty. The room apeared not to have been dusted. Duct tape on the heating vent. Movie rental was expensive. Buffet was too expensive and the food was not good. Should have looked at the room before purchase.

Terrible Hospitality and Nasty Rooms

When we checked in, we got a room that was not clean and the alternate room that we 'finally' got had a worse view and the staff didnt really care. I guesthe concept at the hotel is to make the rooms so nasty that guests have to go down to the casino- not abd business concept but should just call it what it is the- a motel.

Terrible on the weekends

The elevators to get to the room had an average wait time of 20 minutes yes 20 minutes on line to get to your room. What if you have to use your bathroom or need something fast, you are screwed. We usually took the staires down 10 flights because the wait was unreal to come back down. Casino is nice. rooms are very small, and expensive but cheap compaired to other casinos at $310 for a saturday night.

Get me out of here

The bathroom had mold in it. Every time you took the elevator it will take 15 to 30 minutes for a elevator. The front Desk manager Mike said he will give me a free lunch for the bad experiences. sent me the restaurant waited 15 minutes they had no idea about the free lunch, went back to Mike he called them printer not working, Was told to go back and wait in line for another 20 minutes. I just left the place. I will never go there again.

Not so quiet

Ok place, but very noisy. Could hear the room next to us entire conversation at 2am. Walls are paper thin in the West Tower.
