Hotel Stay

This was my first time staying in AC and it was better than expected. The hotel was gorgeous and the shopping and restaurants were great! I did find leftover food in the fridge which was a letdown.

Everything you want at a good price.

The trop was fantastic, lots of places to eat and drink. The place is extremely clean and nicely decorated. Just don't give your car to the valet drivers, this guy nearly totaled my brand new car... Guess stop signs are optional.

My husband and I were very disapointed that we were not able to watch the news on the TV without having to pay for it. Luckly we had our cell phones and were able to know the temperarure. We would definately stay there again and also recommend it to friends.

Great Get-Away!!!

A last minute get-a-way... Booked the hotel the day off, check in was fast and easy. I didnt have to leave the hotel if I didnt want too. Everything is in the Tropicana. The room was a little dated, but it was clean. Who goes to A.C. to stay in a room anyway!!! Will book again.

Average overall

The tropicana is average overall, the restaurants are good, I personally would not choose Atlantic City b/c of distance from me and the fact that almost all of the hotel/casinos allow smoking.

Great Place on the Boardwalk

Stayed at the Trop before a flight out of ACY. Staff was friendly and the room was nice with a comfortable bed. The quarter area has a number of good restaurants including Cuba Libra and Carmines as well as a number of bars. I stayed on a Monday so it was all pretty quiet but it is a great place to relax from work and it is in close proximity to all the other spots on the boardwalk. It is a nice place for a weekend getaway but keep in mind the rooms are much more expensive on the weekends.
