WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN A CASINO HOTEL

This hotel had the absolute worst customer service that I have ever experienced in a casino hotel and I travel to Las Vegas and Atlantic City very regularly. I would not recommend and would not ever stay at this hotel again.

Overnight getaway

I live in the dc area and wanted to get away for my best friends birthday, so four of us took the 2 hr drive out and it was worth it. We had a lot of fun. Plenty of options for going out at night, but make sure you check dress code before you go, the clubs are a little strict. Well worth my $100!

Never Know!

I have stayed at the trop many times but this was the worst one!! I went to check and thy told me they where out of rooms and the front desk guy said I get you a better one, ha right. I wanted a two double beds they gave us a king and said they would bring up a cot. I had to called down and reminded them about the cot and still NEVER got it. There was red stains on the carpet and the bed was the most uncomfortable thing I have every slept on. The trop a main location to go special when its cold out cause there is so much to do inside but this stay was the worst stay there ever!!!
