Easy on the wallet yet in the heart of all the trappings of Atlantic City, this low-rise motel claims a small footprint between casino giants like Trump Taj Mahal Hotel and Resorts Atlantic City. Just two blocks from the beach and boardwalk, the locale makes for easy exploration of the shopping, dining, and casino highlights. Before the neon lights of the high rises, Atlantic City had its humble beginnings in basic, beach town motels like this one. The parking is still free, as is the Internet access in guest rooms.

parking was bad- blocked in could not leave,noisy room door did not seal tight so all road traffic and visitors were loud. Definately not what was pictured and described.

RED CARPET INN
Chose Hotel based on location, price and by the picture on the computer. We were very disappointed by the appearance. We were very thankful that we had only booked the room for one night.

This was the worst experience i've ever had staying at a hotel. The hotel looked nothing like it appeared to be online. The carpet was beyond dirty and smelly. When we got into the room there were dead bed bugs on the sheets,we asked for another room but did not get it, so we stayed at the casino all night our money went down the drain. You get what you pay for, this hotel is not for people who want to relax and have a good time, only if your desperate.

He who got punked . . .
the worste trip ever...i got scammed.
I checked into the one of the worse rooms and to check out I had to pay a cancellation fee of one night stay...I fell for the classic "bait and switch" and forced to pay for 15 dollars for the shuttle and then another shuttle to get me out of there. I bet they've played this game to hundreds of online customers. Classic scan...I thought I was smarter than that but I admit, it's a crafty scheme. Good lesson!

Red Carpet inn Atlantic
MY EXPERIENCE AT THE Red Carpet was quiet but the room was very small for the money I had to pay for my stay in A.C. The things that were missing are coffee maker in the room an iron and room services.

allergies sufferer beware!
n site parking very tight,brought my own air cleaner,towels were very thin, coffee in room package had mold,coffee filter bag torn,ok for one night,would'nt recommend more than that. We there for two nights, on the second night the ice machine broke down.On the plus side car very safe...hotel worker in front desk for 24 hours...front desk worker very nice (even got us some ice front the hotel accross the street)...don't think we'll be back at this hotel

the Good, bad ugly
The room smelled smoky / bad , I should have asked for a different room . That wouldn't have made the towels any better ( sandpaper quality )though . It was fleabag quality , not worth the ( discounted? ) price . I made a mistake renting it . On the positive side , the personnel were helpful ; There was free coffee / danish at checkout

Don't spend ANY time there , go out and enjoy the big casino - hotels . (I didn't even want to sleep there ; I slept in my pants , I didn't trust the cleanliness )

not as expected
when we came into the room, it looked ordinary, like all mid-cheap motels. But this one is not worth the money we paid! maybe should cost twice less for what they offer. The room was not clean and I was scared to sleep in the bed. I found hear everywhere - in the bathroom, in the bed sheets, disgusting!.. the table was sticky..... at least they changed the sheets every day, but i had to check if there's nob hear in there and had to sleep all dressed.......... the internet is really slow, impossible to use. too much noise also.... impossible to relax....

INTERIOR - OLD & DIRTY
The location was the best thing about this motel. Everything else had a feel of the Bates Motel....
