Near the airport with free breakfast and shuttle to the Boardwalk
Holiday Inn Express West Atlantic City knows that not everyone who wants to spend a day on the Atlantic City Boardwalk wants to spend the night there, too. The Holiday Inn Express is only 10 minutes from downtown Atlantic City and even offers a free weekend shuttle there and back. Hit the casinos, stroll the arcade and amusement park on the piers, and choose a big-name restaurant before coming back to the Holiday Inn for the fitness center, outdoor pool and free breakfast buffet. The Atlantic City Airport is just four miles away.

Good location, convenient
2nd time stayed at this hotel for an AC concert. Clean place. And very convenient that they have the free shuttle to the casino area. GOOD VALUE.

Great Hotel-Quiet-Clean
Stayed for 2 nights in October. First thing we noticed, walked into room and it had no odors at all, smelled normal, no stink or overwhelming cleaning products smell. Bathroom was clean, only a couple of small problems, the door stuck, so everytime you opened it there was a loud noise, which isn't a big deal unless you open at 3 in the am when its quiet, can wake up the other person..one of the lightbulbs over the vanity was burned out, toilet wobbled a bit-minor issues. The ac/heat unit is a little loud, but tolerable. More important the room and the rest of the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was ok, all I need is coffee and a donut or muffin so it was ok. Having a refrigerator in the room is also very convenient. the hotel staff acts professional and are available without being intrusive. If you need a clean decent place to stay, you'll have no worries about staying here. There are many great places to eat and shop within walking distance and 10 miles driving distance (other then AC)..On Tilson Ave around the corner, theres a nice diner, a pizza place and a Bonefish grill.

Great trip expected a dirty room with lacking breakfast but got a clean room with an automatic pancake maker to get pancakes in the AM

Holiday Inn Express - West Atlantic City 11/2011
I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express the weekend of Veteran's Day. The product is new, clean, and bright. It is extremely convenient to Atlantic City. I did not utilize the shuttle, but that is a nice perk as well. It is a super easy drive into Atlantic City/boardwalk area attractions from the Hotel by car. The Front Desk only had one person when I checked in. I was a bit surpised to only see one person in the afternoon shift on a Friday, which is prime checkin time. All in all, she was friendly. I did have to wait about 10 minutes for her to finish a conversation. More adequate staffing would be nice. Breakfast was nice, and certainly a perk. My only main concern was the thinness of the walls of the guest rooms. Unfortunately I could hear EVERYTHING in the room next to me. I was in 302.

Not bad at all
This is my very first time writing a revuew for anything. I feel I owe this place that much. Staff great. Front desk guy was ver nice. I think his hame was Carlos. The cleaning crew lost my remote and one call down tothe front desk and there were there with a new remote in minutes. The room was very clean. Overall completely satisfied with my stay. PS. Visited ChuckWagaon down the street on a Sat night. They had Kareoke which was HALARIOUS...

Clean and Comfortable
The hotel was nice. The location was out of the way, however a shuttle bus was provide. But the shuttle bus is not 24 hours.
