This was my first trip to Atlantic City and I had heard great things about Harrah's. It lived up to all expectations! From ... the atmosphere, to the room, to the staff..everything was perfect. I will definitely be going back soon! The only negative thing that happened involved a dinner reservation. I had made a reservation at a restaurant at the hotel, and nobody had notified me that it was closed the night of my stay! Double check with reservations because not all restaurants are open 7 days a week!

Weekend getaway. Hotel room was worth what we paid but we were expecting more. Harbor Tower room - Trash under bed, bathtub ... didn't drain, only one of six elevators were working, trash and broken bottles in stairwells. We've been in alot worse but will not be staying there again.

The indoor pool is the only facility like it in Atlantic City, providing a relaxing experience by day and a lively nightclub by night.

Satisfied Customer Dec 14, 2009
Beautiful rooms with great amenities. The pool was amazing, along with the fitness center. My wife loved the Red Door Spa ... package. Restaurants were excellent with great service and even better food. Great place to go for a quick getaway. I have already recommended this hotel and resort to several of my friends and co-workers. Oh yeah, small but very important detail, the beds were amazing.

The hotel guest room was mediocre. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Entertainment/night life was decent. Xhibition was a ... lot of fun, with great music and no cover charge. The Pool After Dark was disappointing. $25 to get in the door and nothing really worth it once you were in.

Fun and relaxing getaway
Cathy casino lover Nov 28, 2009
We went to relax and play slots. We took in a Beatle tribute band for a show and enjoyed it very much. The hotels have a very ... good valet parking program where you pay once for the week but can take out your car and go over to one other casino/hotel and not pay any more.Harrah's pool was beautiful and very relaxing. The room we had was quite large and the housekeeping staff should be well praised as it was immaculate.Atlantic City should clean up the area around these beautiful hotels, it takes away from the ambiance.

ThadnAllies MOM Nov 23, 2009
Ok so I was really excited about going to this casino hotel for my 25th birthday, I figured that it would be convenient for ... me to slip a little gambling in whille the kids were asleep and my brother who was not yet 21 would keep an eye on them and i could just run up to the room when they woke up! (hey mommies need to get out too!)So even with a hefty rate we booked. Before booking I called ahead to see if they had a microwave and refigerator in the room, the person i spoke to said they did! LIAR, there was no microwave and no way for me to have one brought up! I needed it to warm up my childrens milk, I was told that the only way to have thier milk heated was to have hot water brought to my room which would cost $1.99 + 18% gratutity and tax, which brought the total to $4.95 each time they did this for me. REDICULOUS! I have two kids that drink milk several times a day, hot water would cost me $125...afetr about an hour of going back and forth with supervisors they agreed to comp me the cost which I was content with, I just hated all of the hassel. when I did call room service they took forever, my kids were bawling by the time the h20 was brought up! So the room had a broken lamp in it and the bed skirt had a stain which was just gross! The walls in the rooms are paper thin and you could hear partiers all night long as they take shots in thier room or stumble through the halls trying to find their room. You really cant go there expecting to get sleep. The Pool After Dark club is beautiful and the music is great but it gets soooooooo packed you cant even really move. The restaurants were great, we had delicious food and many options. I guess if you go there without kids it would be better but this was just not the place for me and my family, just not what I had in mind at all!

There are many different towers. I suggest asking for the Water tower because its closer to the pool and food court. I was in ... the Harbour tower and it was a long walk around the casino to get to the food/shopping and pool. Other than that it's a great place to stay and the pool is amazing.

Check out the bar in the back. As long as you play the poker machine built into the bar itself, drinks were on the house. I played for $5.00 making the minimum bet of $.25. That got me 2 beers and a shot of Jameson! Good times.

RnK Oct 13, 2009
This hotel had everything we needed. A fun Casino, a few nice shops an a awesome indoor pool with 7 jacuzzi's and full ... bar. Harrah's has an AWESOME spa that is well worth the money. We spent 1/2 a day at the spa and loved it. The only dissapointed we had was waiting for seating at any restaurant. The worst being at Reflections Cafe were we waited over an Hour for breakfest and then was told they had stopped serving breakfest 10mins before seating us.
