Family fun with pool and arcade on a quiet end of the Boardwalk
Things quiet down at the north end of the Boardwalk where the waterfront Flagship Resort caters to wholesome fun. Whether splashing in the pool, sunning on the deck, or catching a flick in the theater, families find plenty to do. Pool tables, basketball hoops, video games and a jukebox fill the arcade. If it rains, steer the kids toward the Family Fun Zone for bingo, crafts and more. Adults have their own swim hours and an ocean-view fitness center, while the Flagship Resort spa offers a chance to get pampered with hot stone massage and reflexology.

AWESOME
The only downside is you have to wash your own glasses if you use them, but we actually had a full stock of dish ware which was nice. The hotel was great. Plenty of room, nice service, just a 5 to 10 minutes away from Harrahs. They had a limo service which allowed us to ride in style for just 5 bucks a person. Clean, not much of a lobby but the tv was nice. Overall 4 stars and great reasonable affordable price. GREAT VIEW in the balcony. Much better than what I expected.

Great couple getaway
this hotel was very nice and inexpensive. The resorts' restaraunt, pool, etc were great amenities. Unless you wanted to go to casinos, you really didnt have to leave the hotel. The only negative aspect was the shuttle from the hotel to the casinos do not run very late.

Nay not happy
Bad experience
I had called the hotel ahead of time to find out if the hotel was within walking distance to the Boardwalk Hall where my sone was wrestling. I was assured it was and that it was a safe area. Upon arrival, the staff was abrubt to the point of being rude. The boardwalk had been damaged by a previous storm and was not open to walk to the Hall. when speaking with the people that lived in the area, I was told that I should not be walking by myself as it was not safe. Upon entering my room, I was dissapointed. For 362 for 2 nights, I expected luxury. The rug was old and the only saving grace was that the room was clean and the view was beautiful. I woke up in the am, to a cold shower, then the fuse blew. I called the front desk and was met with no apology and an abruptness to get me off the phone, that was very rude. The fuse was fixed by the rtime I returned but the shower was still cold.

NEEDS WORK
EVERYTHING IS TOO FAR FROM THE ACTION. THE BUS SERVICE IS NEVER PROMPT. SO WE JUST USED OUR OWN VEHICLE. NOTHING WAS EVEN GIVEN TO US IN THE ROOM. ONLY THING THAT WAS GIVEN WAS TWO PACKETS OF COFFEE.

Bedbugs and Filth
Why is this place even listed? I had to swich rooms three times due to unsanitary conditions. We eneded up in a bug infested room and found out from security that this happens EVERY weekend.

The hotel was very clean and roomy the only problem I had was at check in cause they wanted a hundred dollar deposit when though the room was paid for wish I would of know that ahead of time

I thought the hotel seemed good enough and was very close to the main area of AC, however there was no shower cap, shampoo, soap, trash cans were all missing and when mentioned nothing was really done about it. i might think twice about coming back based on that information.

Rescue needed
This was our fifth visit to the hotel and I am sorry to report that the Flagship is listing. While still a bargain in AC, its weaknesses have strengthened, that is gotten worse. Front desk remains pleasant and slow. Elevators still a problem, i.e. very slow. Hallways have become more scented, not a plus. Worst of all, having requested the advertised sea view room we received a city view. This was in fact a great loss. We neither play nor eat in this resort so I won't comment on those aspects of the trip. The hotel is probably best for budget-minded families with a little extra cash. No longer for a romantic couple get-away.

Short drive from hotel
We had a spectacularly good, if pricey, dinner at Buddakan in Caesar's, a pleasant lunch at a Cuban place in the Tropicana, and a pretty good dinner at Trattoria Mulino in the Taj Mahal.(If you are at the Taj please help out the cat lady outside on the boardwalk who takes donations to keep the cats healthy.)

Quick, awesome, getaway!!
Was a quick family of 7 getaway that was cramped into 2 days & 1 nite-- but we did it all!!..weather was perfect so we did the beach, the boardwalk, & gambling!!.. Flagship was all the comforts of home with the magnificent Atlantic Ocean as the back drop!!!.. only complaint-- non-smoking room...but, no prob!!!.. opened the balcony door & relaxed with the ocean breezes!!
