You Get What You Pay For
I read the other reviews and was EXTREMELY nervous about staying in this hotel. I stayed on the 5th floor for the Atlantic City Marathon. It was not as horrible as some of the other reviews. It was a basic average hotel. It was clean. The chairs were kind of old. The bed had exactly 2 pillows and the mattress was not very comfortable. However, it was OKAY for the price that I paid. It's only about a mile away from Bally's etc. I'm definitely coming back to AC for the marathon --but I will not stay here - Only because next time I would like a more comfortable bed to sleep in before running.

Saves Money
The Atlantic while located down far on the boardwalk proved to be a worthy stay. Had tickets to a show at Taj Mahal. There rooms were 460.00 for one night. Atlantic was less than half the price, not bad considering we were just there for one night to sleep and shower. Hair dryers are aincient wall things that if you have long hair take your own. Carpets and furniture could use a cleaning or upgrade, otherwise it was a good bang for the buck. Staff was friendly. Check in a little slow as they only had one person behind desk at 5:00 on a saturday. Would stay there again. WiFi should be an amenitie. You are behind the times on that.

Basic room to sleep
This is a value based casino. You get what you pay for. Decent room random used wet wash cloth left behind bathroom door but for the price what do you expect! Overall great weekend in AC. I would recommend this hotel to a friend.

Only a cab ride away from other hotels. Clean and all restaurants are locate by each other in the hotel.

Labor Day Weekend
Hotel was good, not great. Empty water bottle left by the maid underneath the sink in the bathroom so I can't score cleanliness perfect but other than that it was pretty clean. Not a lot of outlets in the room and the TV was older (pretty typical Atlantic City, nothing updated for last ten years). I would recommend to other guests as it was every bit the equivalent to Trump Plaza or other places further North on the Boardwalk but it was about $70 cheaper.

Hotels at the very south end of the Boardwalk area could save you quite a bit of money and cab rides to newer places like Revel are only about $10. Hang out there all night and go back to your cheaper hotel just to sleep and you'll come out quite a bit ahead.
