On the boardwalk this hotel is a good option. Not the best hotel ever but it is decent. Dining is within short distance ... outside or inside the hotel. I came here in Dec. and my only complaint would be with the city. All sidewalks were not cleaned. Covered in ice you cannot walk.

This was a Christmas Gift from our 2 beautiful children and their spouses and we can't thank them enough. We had the most ... relaxing 3 night vacation that we have every had. Food was excellent, staff very helpful in every department. Only possible complaint is that it is a fair distance from any shopping outside "The Walk" which I did not find very enjoyable. Far too mcuh walking for senior citizenn. Would be better if they could have department stores handy like Kohls, Wal Mart, K Marts. something a little more affordable for seniors. Would we go back to this Hotel for another vist. You bet we wuld. Oh one more thing, the Christmas Review show was just out of this world. Could have watched it over and over again. Especially the yound lad that sang "O Holy Night". My favourite hymn and have never heard it sing so beautiufl,had chills all through my body and for me, that says a lot.

went to a/c for a realtors convention.... a bit too far from the convention center. did not provide shuttle service, like ... other hotels did. It rained one night, and it flooded the room thru the window, but they relocated me immediately upon finding out.

The check in and check out were both extremly slow. I travel a lot and most check in times are 11am. The hilton advised ... their check in was 4pm, which I thought was very late. The front desk employees were not pleasant at all. I would not stay there again. There are too many other places to stay in AC where you could get better service.

Clean, well-kept room. No complaints with the quality of the hotel. Convenient location right on the boardwalk. Great ... ocean-view (if you can get it!) A little miffed that their internet costs $11.99/24 hours though. Also, room did not come with brochures of local attractions or restaurants.

I was surprised to find out that this Hilton is not part of the family of Hiltons. It is owned by Resorts. The room we got ... was very large. Which is great when you travel with kids. But the carpet needed to be cleaned. The linen wasn't so clean looking or feeling either. They could improve on that. Casino was unremarkable, like any other casino.

Don't hesitate to eat along the boardwalk. I had a great italian dinner at Flames and a home cooked breakfast at Country Kitchen. While you're there visit the Tropicana market and have some homemade ice cream, the banana is delicious!

Looking for A wonderful Asian Experience.....In Bally's Hotel and Casino there is a small restaurant called Noodles. Dont let the name fool you...It is very classy with out breaking pockets. The servers were helpful to exlain any food items that were written in asian and the meals were immaculant!!!! Dont forget ....NOODLES!
