The budget-friendly accommodations here offer amenities that have earned this four-star hotel a Three Diamond Rating by AAA, from in-room fridges and room service to a theater, nine restaurants, indoor pool and full salon. Look for loads of penny slots in the 24-hour casino, but high rollers feel at home, too. Double Deck Pitch Blackjack and 10X Craps, exclusive to this casino, up the ante for those who love table games.

Highlights
  • Outdoor sundeck
  • Seasonal beach bar serves up tropical drinks and live entertainment
  • The skylit indoor pool has a tropical landscape all housed in a sunny, glass-walled solarium
  • Asian gaming room devoted to Macau style Mini-Baccarat, Dragon Bonus Mini Baccarat, Pai Gow Poker and Sic Bo, plus a noodle bar

For better window gazing, request an ocean or boardwalk view. Corner suites tack on an additional 200 square feet. Or, opt for a one- or two-bedroom suite and sprawl out in a separate living room.

Features

For a daily fee, guests gain access to a mini-spa experience in the health club. Enjoy lockers, robes and slippers, a workout facility, steam room and sauna, showers, refreshments, newspapers, magazines, and television. Complimentary to all guests, the 9,000-square-foot ocean-view indoor pool offers year-round relaxing poolside lounging filled with natural light, lush plants and classical sculptures. The schooner bar (approximately 2,000 square feet) seats 25 in addition to seating for 76 at surrounding tables. The bandstand resembles a dock with ocean blue carpet over the bar area. Sandy beach tones accent the dock area, plus, a three-dimensional mural on the back wall depicts docks, dunes, grass, and a beautiful sunset against the Atlantic Ocean. For customers thirsty for non-stop casino action, the Dizzy Dolphin offers bar top video poker at the 25 seat bar, which is also handicap accessible.

Nice but not polished

The hotel was nice, there were places to eat, drink and of course camble on-site. However, my room had NO wash clothes, towels or ironing board. We had to call and request to have some sent up. Other than that it was a nice hotel and a good time!

OK but not Hilton anymore

There is no Name at the building -- before it was Hilton ( ACH ) . Now it called Atlantic hotel and casino. So if you'll be looking for the sign ACH you'll not find it. TV in the room was old -- not flat screen. Ventilation was noisy and ac was not drying up air enough. Good -- free parking Not so good -- you have to pay for whirlpool tab and sauna separately ($15 per person). Just small swimming pool is free. Overall -- good for the discounted rate ;-)

Shopping tip: Short walk from hotel

When buying something on boardwalk buy it when it's a daylight -- so you'll see if the color is ok -- no spots.

It was okay

Our group consisted of 4 girls in thier mis twenties. The hotel however was mostly elserdly people - which is fine- would have been good to know before hand. The bed and bathrooms could use a little bit of updating in terms of linen. The staff was nice enough. A little far from the other hotels. But being on the boarwalk was nice.
