great for the money
I had a pleasant experience at this hotel. Staff were friendly - they did not berate us when we were late for check out, as other hotel staff elsewhere have - and the room was clean. Price was exponentially increased because it was New Year's Eve, but I think we got what we paid for. Helpful hint - be sure to indicate the exact number of people who are staying in the room! Was charged an extra $40 because the number was incorrect.

Perfect getaway.
Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Room was clean, big, and very updated. Staff was very friendly. Shuttle to casino was free, and they offer several different pick up and drop off times. Will be back for sure!

It was nice
We had a nice stay, seems as if they are beginning to do some updates. Everything was good except the AC in our room did not get all that cool.

Checkout The Old Waterway Inn, it's on Riverside Drive a short ride from the hotel. The food and atmosphere are wonderful. They have a nice deck that overlooks the water and usually some kind of entertainment.

Great value.
Great location just 3 miles from main strip. Room very nice and clean. Great value for the price. Staff were not the friendliest but not too bad. I would definetely stay there again.

Just Okay
I had a short stay in Alantic City. the Comfort Inn North was chosen because of the price. The room was just okay.. The Hotel loby was really dirty along with the elevators and halls..They should really get these things cleaned up for first impression purposes.. Seemed like another indian run hotel running to a muck..

Ok for a cheap alternative to the casino
I stayed at this hotel because I needed to stay in Atlantic City for business [...]. The hotel is ok, staff isn't terribly friendly but they are efficient. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable but the a/c units are outdated and the rooms are fairly worn. It's decent for a short stay or if you want to avoid the high cost of the casinos. However I did notice that the walk up rate was $200 for a Saturday night; not terribly cheaper than the casinos!

Clean and affordable
We enjoyed staying at Comfort Inn - clean room, good choices for breakfast, and most importantly, it was very affordable considering its close proximity to the casinos and beach.
