A brief stay to see Gaelic Storm at the Flying Monkey.
The staff was very courteous. Old, but clean, and inexpensive place to park ones head. See full review

The properly is apparently undergoing some upgrades - the decor was much nicer than you'd expect for the price - furniture tasteful, room was quite large. Fridge and other minor appliances appeared to be fairly new. The bed was great. Staff very
pleasant and accommodating. Will surely stay there again when I'm in the area.
The room was very clean with a comfortable bed. older TV but it worked well and had a lot of channels. My only complaint was the noise just outside my room which was next to the motel office. I had to get an early start in the morning so I went to
bed at 9:30 and was awakened at around 10 when a small group of people were talking right outside the door. That lasted for close to an hour but was quiet after that. I would stay there again though since it was actually a very comfortable but dated room.
Needed a hotel quickly due to inclement weather while camping and this was the cheapest in the area. I paid $66 for convenience but would not recommend this as a hotel if you have more time to search the area for something more worth the money.
The description said the rooms were recently renovated, must have been the new comforters on the beds because the bathroom had a pea green toilet, shower and sink circa 1970's. Bed was somewhat squeaky (glad I was there alone), sheets seemed to be clean and bleached, overall a clean room. Staff was super accommodating, welcoming and flexible about check out time and whatever I needed during my stay. I appreciated that due to the circumstances that brought me to that hotel. Worked for what I needed that evening but would not choose for a long term stay.
I was there for work - 3 day trip. The desk clerk was extremely nice and went out of his way to ensure our stay was pleasant. He even returned our missing luggage to our door - insisted even. It's not the most up-to-date or trendy decor, but it
was comfortable, clean and inviting. Great value.
Security is questionable. Door to the room is left wide open during the day when they are cleaning. All doors are open at the same time for hours while no one is inside. Lock your things in your car and leave nothing with personal I.D. in the
room! This is a busy college town! When you do return to the room during the day, they knock on the door within an hour and want to know how things are. Maybe they want to know who is in the room! No Security, no privacy
