Could have been better

Nice spot. Staff was very friendly. Stay included breakfast. Only problem was the room was terribly hot. The thermostat ... didn't work and we couldn't even turn the heat off. The lady at the desk was apologetic but that was it.

knowledgable and gracious staff. quiet room. breakfast included and an incredible assortment of fine foods to choose from. ... short walk to shopping and some wonderful affordable restaurants. easy drive to the fryeburg fair. magnificent foliage was a bonus. would stay here again!

excellent hotel quiet during "bike week"

King size room was tremendously roomy with large clean bathroom, kitchen area with microwave, coffee maker, small fridge and ... even had paper towels & dish soap! The couch was actually a pullout sleeper. Don't know comfort because we didn't need to use it. Great location right down the street from the N. Conway train station, downtown & plenty of shopping. Plenty of restaurants of all price ranges in surrounding 3 miles. When we went to breakfast, there were a ton of kids in the room, but we never heard any of them at night. Very quiet, even though we were at hotel on first night of "bike week" - no motorcycle noises and we were on first floor on front side of hotel with our windows cracked. We never checked out the pool, but saw a lot of people coming from the pool area, heading to their rooms. 4pm check-in was rather late, but we found plenty of things to do while waiting to get our room. When we arrived, at 3:45, the room was ready for us.

This is on our route through New England, and we lucked out by staying here. We were treated as one of the family. ... Continental Breakfast was the best we experienced on a 12 day trip, staying at 8 different facilities.

The Holiday Inn Express in N. Conway, NH is priced among others in this resort area. It is clean, comfortable, seems to be ... well managed and they serve a nice breakfast. I will be staying there again on trips back to the area this summer.

Arrived early not feeling well offered suite but it was for smokers and the smell was harsh.Waited two hours and given ... another suite smell not so bad.Room was comfortable and quite.

The Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites made our stay in North Conway very enjoyable. The staff was very helpful and went ... out of there way to assist you. The room was very clean and the beds were the most comfortables beds I have ever slept in. The bathroom was large and the shower had lots of power. The kids really enjoyed the pool after a long day out. There was also a great selection during breakfast. the location was perfect. It was close to many restaurants and lots of outlet stores. I would recommend anyone going to North Conway stay at The Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites
