A+ staff made our Xmas stay an A+ experience
Great staff, clean room, hot tub and pool, and the almost private setting (given that the hotel is the main Rt. 16 N. Conway roadway) made this a high value stay. We'd go back next weekend...

Catch a dinner at the 1785 Inn and thank me if we ever meet. Had a GREAT Xmas eve dinner. Stonehurst manor is also very good! (Both North of N. Conway center on Rt 16)

Great hotel!
Staff was very friendly and wonderful towards the kids. The location was great and close to verything - very convenient! The price was also very affordable. We will definitely be staying here again.

The stay at the hotel was a great time. The bed was super soft. The staff was real friendly. Thebuilding was under construction while we were there but no noise from the workers. It looks like the place will be super modern when they finish.

friendly getaway
This was a vacation that we were looking forward a long time, a vacation that included alot of traveling from place to place as well as alot of eating. Going from Wildcat mountain to Attitash to Mt. Washington to Jefferson city to the heart of north conway, so we were looking for a hotel that was in the middle of it all and not have to worry about the staff or the condition and comfort of the room and we found that in the Holiday Inn Express Hotel. It was nice to come back after a long day out to a hotel that had friendly service and a well maintain room. The hotel had a small pool and no gym, but they did offer breakfast in the morning. It was a great value for what we paid for and I would definitely come back here again.

Much needed vacation
The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was self serve, many things to pick from. Only down fall was more tables were needed for eating at. Both the pool and hot tub relaxing and clean. Location excellent, thumbs up for staying here again.

The good, the bad, and the really ugly"
We have stayed at a lot of hotels over the years and this one needs updating.The staff were very friendly but the hotel is old and needs a lot. Things weren't that bad til we discovered the lady bugs in the room. After getting rid of about a dozen of the little guys we discussed this issue with the manager and since we booked thru [...] they could not discount our bill to comp. for the bugs. Live and learn. Location is great in North Conway and we weren't in the room much so it worked for the two days we were their. Will not stay there again.

"Fantastic experience"
Experience was fantastic from check in to check out with friendly hotel staff. Room was a little dated only due to the fact that it was decorated with wall paper but clean. It was spotless, clean from top to bottom. Bed was like heaven, extremely comfortable. Breakfast was good, lots of options and varied from one day to the next. Hotel is super close to factory outlets and restaurants.

nice weekend
Stayed 3 nights...staff was awesome very friendly...room was a little hot had to put a/c on in march in new england....LOL...nice clean pool and whirlpool, wish there was a fitness center, even if just a few machines....other than that was great stay...good bargain....had booked 2 nites thru[...] and had decided to stay an extra night

I should have gone south!
overpriced, clean, comfortable
I liked the location outside of downtown, but convenient to everything. room wasnt ready for check-in on time, if we had young children, definitely would have been an issue. average room, clean, but defitely overpriced.
