Hampton Inn & Suites North Conway

I travel to North Conway all the time, this was our first time staying here. The room was clean, staff was nice. Pool was ok, water was freezing!! I prefer hotels with a full restaurant.

I think this place could be better, the water park was small and the kids get sick of it after 45 minutes. the rooms needed that one thing to make it pop. i did enjoy having a little convenience store right it the hotel. however the thing i hated the most about this place was the coffee. it tasted like king kong spit in it. over all it was not bad it just needed some improvements

I brought my wife and 3 schoolage children to North Conway for a winter vacation and stayed at the Hampton Inn. The hotel was great! The staff was friendly, the location could not have been better! Near to Mt Cranmore and not far from Loon Mtn. Kids had a great time using the water park! Very clean and comfortable.

Clean room and facility - good online room rate - friendly genuine staff of local NH/Conway folks. We'd certainly return.

This hotel was spotless, convenient and the beds are heavenly! I always get a wonderful night's sleep at Hampton Inn & Suites! Though we didn't use it, the indoor water park looked like a blast! Shopping outlets, restaurants and movie theaters nearby, lots to do and see. Just down the road, views of nearby Mount Washington were spectacular!

We stayed 4 nights with no problems at all! Room was quiet and clean. Staff was good and our kids had a great tine in the Indoor Water park. Definitively a good choice!

I called to reschedule a trip to the hotel, when I told the front desk associate that I needed to cancel a weekend trip her mood change drastically. I was going to reschedule for the next weekend because I was unexpectedly working the weekend that we had planned but the way she talked to me changed my mind instantly. I have 2-3 business trips coming each month over the next 2-3 months in this area and I can assure you that I will not be spending them at this hotel! Plans change and if they are not happy to work with a family and working parent then how are they going to be when something goes wrong when you are there!

Stff friendly, accomadations clean and comfortable. Location great.

Went snow tubing at Cranmore Mtn. Ate out at nearby restaurants: Muddy Moose, thai, steak house; good variety available North Conway and hotel were very good with snow removal; it snowed pretty much all one day and night The room was a little small for all the furniture in it, but we didn't spend much time there anyway.

The Hampton Inn in North Conway is a great location with a great perk. Though the one thing that makes it great is also the thing that creates the biggest negative. The indoor water park is great for kids and its nicely divided in that there is an area for toddlers and for bigger kids. My daughter loved the toddler section and it was hard to get her out of the pool. But, because the hotel is so dedicated to families it is an overly noisy hotel. The hallways were filled with loud kids (they are kids of course they are going to be loud) and the rooms do only an adequate job of deadening the noise. Even at 10pm there was an excessive amount of noise in the hallways. All in all though I would definitely return to this hotel as the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, and the water park is great for kids.
