Pleasant stay, except for the beds!
Loved the location, amenities, and the staff was helpful. Linens were lovely, and the pillows were super soft. The beds however, were another story. They were supposed to be adjustable, like a sleep number. Both of our queen beds were stuck in the most stiff position and would not give. It was like sleeping on two granite slabs - ugh!

NH Fisher Cats had an away game
I had a conference at Catholic Medical Center (CMC) for medical/healthcare continuing education credits this past weekend. I arrived late in the evening and check-in was executed very well. The room was clean, and free wifi internet is a great amenity. Unfortunately, the Fisher Cats had an away game this weekend and I had a room that saw the field. Perhaps future conferences will bring me to Manchester to catch a home game with a great view!

Short walk from hotel
Downtown Manchester is a pretty cool place to check out, and only a short walk from the hotel, but I would just drive and park. Also, if you want a view of the field, check to see if the Fisher Cats are playing at home.

Nice place
I was in town for a friend's birthday party at a Monarchs hockey game at the Verizon arena. The hotel staff was very nice and the hotel was a nice warm place on a cold night. The room was what I expected and it was nice & clean. All the mechanical aspects worked. The bed was a little odd with a 'softness selector' that really didn't seem to do much and the bed felt a little lumpy.

Both the Verizon arena (.5 mi) and the Fisher Cats stadium (next door, my room overlooked the field) are within walking distance.

Not bad
I liked having the workout room and free internet and use of computers in the business center. They offered a free turkey dinner plate to guests on Thanksgiving available to take up to your room. So while I didn't stay at the hotel to eat on Thanksgiving, when I came back I picked up a turkey plate and used it the next day for Thanksgiving leftovers! Room amenities were nice, so I was surprised they use the cheapest, roughest toilet paper!!! No lunch service available, only bkfst and dinner.

I liked it
It was convenient in our case, not to far from the airport, and as good jumping off point to Kittery,ME. Provided good directions to Strafford Farm resturant.

Close to Training Facility
I was there for a training seminar, the location was very convenient. I loved the flat screen TV and the pillows. The bed was hard and the water pressure was not good. It was clean.

Great location, Great value
Within the first one hour of our arrivial we had two issues. First, While checking out the outdoor whirlpool we were locked outside(winter time)and had to be rescued by a staff member. He admitted that the doors electric locking system needed to be worked on. Then while in our room the tv only had a 3x5 inch picture. We called to have someone take a look at it and the gentleman came and unplugged and replugged the tv in and all was good until the next times that we turned it on and back to the small picture again. We also experienced issues with the front desk staff. I called to get some information from them and the first call rang for over twenty times with no answer and then the next call I was put on hold indefinitely so I had to call back to get the information I needed. All-in-all we were happy with everything and wouldn't hesitate returning to this location in the future.
