Good place to stay
It was really a good place to, surprisingly well kept. even though getting there was an experience of its own (due to recent Irene damage, we had to take a round about way to get to the place)... but all is well that ends well.... the location was nice and serene, if you are going for fall colors then this is definitely a good place to stay as its close to the city center and other activities...

Girls Getaway
The room was nice, it had 2 beds that pulled down from the wall a full kitchen and small bathroom with a deck. It was convenient bring on Loon mountain with lots of fun stuff to do for the kids. It was a bit pricey for the small room but it was a really nice place with lots to do.

AWESOME!
The Mountain Club on Loon was by far the best hotel experience our family has ever had. The living space was spacious, while providing all the comforts of home (stove, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave). The bathroom was spacious and immaculately clean. Our boys 5 & 7 loved the outdoor pool and would have played their for hours if there hadn't been other things to do. The room included complimentary gondola rides to the top of Loon Mountain. The views were spectacular and the attendants were gracious enough direct me to the best seats for those of us afraid of heights. It was an experience our family will not forget. We also ate in the on site restaurant, which provided complimentary meals for our two children. This is not a hotel we can afford to stay in all the time, but it is definitely one that we will save our money for a return to the Mountain Club. It is also very close to Clarks Trading Post and other area attractions.

Beautiful views and space for family
The kids loved the hotel and the space in the room with the kitchen made it perfect for a family. We went on the gondola and visited the chapel at the summit then explored the caves. The pool, both inside and out were the biggest hit with the kids and the hotel has views that make you never want to leave.

Pricey BUT very nice
Great location, pools are excellent especially at night. Food was good, staff is friendly too. A bit pricey but rooms were nice with exception to the couches. Very uncomfortable.

Fantastic couple get-away
This was my second time at Loon Mountain Club and I had a great time as usual. We visited the health spa which had a great sauna and steam room. The outdoor jacuzzi was very relaxing although I could have done without the neon lights that strobe underneath the water. After relaxing we had a drink at the black diamond bar. Service was great in all areas.

If you do not want to spend exuberant prices for dining there is a great sushi place by Truants Tavern. You take a left out of Loon and drive four miles until you come to stop sign. Restaurant will be right in front of you.

Horrible service, OK accomodations
1. The resort had a restaurant. The waitress asked if we wanted desert BEFORE we got our dinner. The manager made no attempt to put things right. 2. The comforter on the bed had a bandaid stuck to it, needless to say, it wasn't ours. More unfortunate was that we did not discover it until our second night. 3. The staff was just, plain unfriendly overall.

Great Time!!!
This is a very nice hotel. The location is awesome and the views are spectacular. The staff was very nice. We ate in the main dining area and it was a little noisy because there were two weddings going on the night we stayed. The staff, however, were very attentive and friendly. The room was was clean and neat and what I expected for the the booking rate. There is lot's to do in the area and the gorgeous mountains are overwhelming. We went to the Alpine Adventures Zipline and the Cannon mountain tram. We had great weather for our two day stay and it could not have been more beautiful.

Pretty OK
Hotel is very nice, we heard our neighbors had a spectacular night as well. :-) Rooms were like sauna when we first entered but after the ac was put on, it was ok. However you need to keep it on also during the night otherwise the room soon becomes too hot again and the result of that is a lot of noise constantly.
