Great family getaway

Beautiful view of the mountains. Fireworks were an added surprise. Service in the bar/restaurant was very good. Nice location for trips into town and the White Mountains view.

Can't beat the location for NH Highland Games

Chose this hotel because the NH Highland Games is held here. You can walk to the venue. Nothing is over the top "WOW", but good. Our Unit showed signs of use, wear (chips in tub, dings in walls, furniture, stains on carpet and seat cushions).Huge windows gave super view, helping to make up for cosmetic defects in the rest of the unit. Nice big bathroom, with lots of towels. Kitchen was cramped, but well equipped, allowing us to make meals away from the venue. A bit pricey, but that is probably due to the timing of our stay.

Good place to stay

It was really a good place to, surprisingly well kept. even though getting there was an experience of its own (due to recent Irene damage, we had to take a round about way to get to the place)... but all is well that ends well.... the location was nice and serene, if you are going for fall colors then this is definitely a good place to stay as its close to the city center and other activities...

Girls Getaway

The room was nice, it had 2 beds that pulled down from the wall a full kitchen and small bathroom with a deck. It was convenient bring on Loon mountain with lots of fun stuff to do for the kids. It was a bit pricey for the small room but it was a really nice place with lots to do.

AWESOME!

The Mountain Club on Loon was by far the best hotel experience our family has ever had. The living space was spacious, while providing all the comforts of home (stove, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave). The bathroom was spacious and immaculately clean. Our boys 5 & 7 loved the outdoor pool and would have played their for hours if there hadn't been other things to do. The room included complimentary gondola rides to the top of Loon Mountain. The views were spectacular and the attendants were gracious enough direct me to the best seats for those of us afraid of heights. It was an experience our family will not forget. We also ate in the on site restaurant, which provided complimentary meals for our two children. This is not a hotel we can afford to stay in all the time, but it is definitely one that we will save our money for a return to the Mountain Club. It is also very close to Clarks Trading Post and other area attractions.

Beautiful views and space for family

The kids loved the hotel and the space in the room with the kitchen made it perfect for a family. We went on the gondola and visited the chapel at the summit then explored the caves. The pool, both inside and out were the biggest hit with the kids and the hotel has views that make you never want to leave.
