Very nice for the price
For some reason this can be a pricey area to get a hotel room. I was very satisfied here. Good bed, nice sized room, nice sizd bathroom, all very clean. If I had one complaint it was our room was level of noise you could hear from the hallway. Nothing awful, were just near the lobby and elevator so there was probably just more than average. No great amenities, no great breakfast, but I was very satisfied with the price so you don't care about those things. Overal verdict : I will stay there again.

Wonderful experience
Room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable,restaurants,grocery store and gas stations right there.The continental breakfast was a little lacking, would have liked some fresh fruit but the coffee was great. Overall pleasant stay.

Excellent Place To Stay
We enjoyed our stay at Coos Motor Inn..we saw all the mountain views.Very close to Santas Village,Story Land and several other beautiful places.Excellent to go hiking the mountains.Many trails.We enjoyed 3 states Vermont,New Hampshire and Maine.I would highly recommend this Motor Inn.

Short drive from hotel
We enjoyed 3 states from this location.Very excelllent vacation for us.We stayed for 7 nights and it was nice knowing we had a wonderful and comfortable bed awaiting us.There was no pool at this Motor Inn but for my husband and I we weren"t looking for one.Very Large room.Sink in room not in bathrooom but to us that was no problrm at all.

You get what you pay for
This was a decent place for the money. However, the beds and pillows were very soft. The contential breakfast in the morning was very simple with English muffins, toast, cereal, and fruit salad. There was coffee, apple juice and orange juice as well. It is right next door (walking distance) to Shaws which came in handy for snacks and drinks. I would stay here again however I would bring my own pillow.

Shaws is right next door and with the refrigerator in your room it is a great idea for drinks and snacks.

Enjoyed our stay, will come back again!
Very friendly and helpful staff and clean facility. Convenient location, very close to Santa's village. Loved the complimentary breakfast - they even serve fresh-cut fruits!

Coos Motor Inn
The Coos Motor Inn is conveniently located on the main street of Lancaster as you enter the town from Vermont. It is a clean and friendly place and well situated to explore the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont, the White Mountains and Santa's Village. The hotel was clean and quiet, service was good. My only complaints - there is no pool and the Continental Breakfast was a bit limited - no eggs, bacon, etc... Other than that, I highly recommend Coos Motor Inn as a comfortable place to stay in Lancaster, New Hampshire.

Long walk from hotel
Not too much in the way of great dining in Lancaster. There's Scorpios - which apparently serves everything but doesn't accept credit cards and there's a restaraunt at the Lancaster Motor Inn which we didn't go to. My recommendation is House Of Pizza which serves first class pizza!! Yum!
