A little threadbare inside.
The outside is very nice. Inside had some minor failings such as a visible stain, threadbare couch arm, no spare toilet paper.

Needs to be looked at closely.
Rommel was okay. the motel was quiet. The shower in our room only had hot water. We told the front desk several times,and their attempts to repair the problem failed. They did, however, discount the room rate.

not a good deal
Paid premium price but treated like it's the cheapest motel. Loud band music from lounge late into the night. maid service did less than the minimum. Location is 30-50 miles from White Mountain attractions. Almost no dining options in the village of Lancaster.

Excellent Hotel
The Cabot Motor Inn was very confortable, the room was large and very clean. The hotel staff was very friendly and the pool, spa and excerise room was excellent after a long day of work. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lancaster or the White Mountains of New Hampshire.
