The Most Friendliness Hotel EVER!

Upon arriving to the Inn(which by the way was very easy to find)we got checked-in within minutes. The front desk clerk also took a few moments to let me know where everything was! I use to be a Front desk clerk before and I do highly recommend her professional/informative pleasant attitude(I was extremely impressed). So after check in I said wow that was GR8 service not olny fast she was so helpful!I get to my room and open the door WOW the room!So cozy and comfortable. The only problem was the bathroom,it was kind of compact and the toliet was crooked which made me feel like I was losing my eyesight.I went to the Pub/resturant and low and behold the staff in there were just as pleasant.....They were rather busy but they were ALL smiling when is staff always smiling and where??? They have this trivia game also fun to play against other local pubs, and resturants or even someone in there with you!My check-out went just as smooth as my stay there. My biggest complaint is I wish Massachusetts had such a wonderful place with the most GR8 people, and OOPS that I had to leave so soon! I will definately go back there and very soon!

And where did you say we were?

First of all, very helpful at the front desk, got to the room and it smelled clean, looked clean and felt clean. Bed was perfect, A/C quiet and effective. Furnishings were NOT from a Chinese Clearance house and it was decorated tastefully. HUGE shower. Can't say enough good about our shot in the dark. you will NOT be disappointed.

Truly a GREAT stay

This is a GREAT place to stay. We enjoyed it very much and will definitely stay again when we are in the area. The beds were really comfortable--just like home. It's a good location, easy access to the beach and other points of interest. Couldn't be happier!

Excellent overall experience

I keep returning to this historical hotel. The service is family oriented. The rooms are spotless and colonial designed with brick walls. The restaurant is awesome. Get the nacho's with chilli!!!! The beach is close by.

Loved this hotel. It's old and quaint, but very clean and friendly. All the personnel were nice, the location was perfect. The restaurant and bar there were very good and inviting. The room was very comfortable - good mattress, free wi-fi, quiet and cozy. Definitely go back again.

weekend get away

room was very clean but walls are thin and conversations could be heard. With a popular restaurant in house evenings could be very noisy in the late hours. But, we would go back. Food was very good in the Old Salt and the location was fine for our trips.
