Ho, Hum
Not a bad place to stay for a short time The service was OK. The breakfast was not that great, they kept running out of food and not that clean. I think it's a little overpriced for what there giving. Maybe after they finish ther renovations things might improve.

Mold and Mildew in hot tub. Pool was cold.
The rooms at this Best Western were clean and comfortable. We went during the off season for this area and were relying on the indoor pool and hot tub to fill out our time and experience during the day since long hikes are more challenging when it's snowing and muddy in the Spring. Unfortunately, the hot tub was dirty and the pool was cold (and probably not been cleaned in a while, it was slippery/slimy on the bottom). The hotel is pet friendly, which is difficult to find in the Franconia area. The continental breakfast did have egg and sausage patties and a waffle maker; this was an unexpected perk. We would stay here again.

We basically slept at the Best Western and drove 25min. each day to the Omni Mount Washington Resort to use their very clean pool and hot tub, for FREE! They encouraged us to come and enjoy these amenities in hopes that we would shop and eat there: we did!

Clean, friendly, fun pool, good bfast
Only stayed one nite but it was great. Nothing fancy but well run place. Pool and hot tub were great. Room had a fridge. Breakfast was complete. I will be going back again for sure. Fun area in general.

Dissatisfied from N.H.
Snowmobile weekend
Upon arrival asked if we could check in early and was met with "uh, absolutely not" returned later in the day and was net with the same surly woman. Room appeared to be clean, however when my son reached behind the bed to retrieve a lost battery his hand came out with someones underwear (not ours). Wishing we had spent the extra $50.00 to stay somewhere else.

Good value
The hotel was conviniently located, clean, and well kept. The pool is good. The staff was nice and friendly. The breakfast was very good. Lots of out door activities such as hiking, biking, riding on the Cog Train. The town of Franconia is very romantic.

We were there so my wife could sing with her trio for a Vietnam military reunion nearby. The accommodations were comfortable, breakfast good, but we wish there had been some fresh fruit. Check in & check out went smoothly. The motel was conveniently located for the sightseeing we did.

Polly's Pancake Parlor was a delightful place to eat. Rustic style, nice variety of foods beyond their specialty of pancakes & maple syrup.

Extremely Disappointed
This hotel is very run down and dirty. I did not feel comfortable while staying there. I would call it a Dump and will not return to this location.
