Pleasantly Surprised!
I was very pleasantly surprised when i checked into this very clean well kept hotel. The staff were GREAT! They offered suggestions for diner in the area & were a wealth of knowledge in regards to other things to do in the area that were close by and reasonably priced in addition to the usual amusement parks and more expensive excursions. We would definetly stay here again for a brief time - we stayed 2 nights & it was perfect for what we needed.

Bed of steel
Three pretty much sleepless nights and a sore back due to the elderly mattress. It should have been swapped out long ago! But we had t good breakfasts and the staff was very pleasant. Nice central location, too.

A very nice motel in the middle of town
This was a good place to stay. We brought our dog, and after paying the $50 cleaning fee (which seems a bit much for our dog who was in his cage, which they require, the whole time), his stay was as pleasant as ours. The staff was very nice. They made a good restaurant recommendation. The breakfast was good. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Three Chimneys Inn They have a grill and a bit more formal dining room. We are in the dining room, and it was wonderfully quiet, unusual for a restaurant nowadays.

Perfect for UNH events
It's exactly what you expect from any other Holiday Inn Express: clean, comfortable, but without too many extra frills. GREAT location for any UNH/Durham visit.

EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS
Attended the local children's museum and rested from previous days trip. This hotel was the same price as another hotel we stayed in the night prior to staying at this hotel but the quality at the Holiday Inn Express was GREAT :o)

Great Place to Stay!
We thought this was a great find. When we searched for a motel, (we only needed a quick low cost stopping point on our way up to Maine), this motel had the lowest price out of 24 other facilities, yet we really liked it. Our room was comfortable and everything at this facility was immaculate and well kept. It's located in a very quaint town with several restaurants and pubs near the University of NH.

The hotel is located a couple of blocks from this great little town square on the college campus. Nice to walk around and take your pick of restaurants.

My review of Holiday Inn Express DURHAM - UNH
very friendly staff, we liked the fact there was breakfast available, with a nice selection to choose from, there was something for everyone ( with kids, thats not alway easy). it was nice having extra pillows and a variety of soft and firm pillows to choose from. the bathroom on the other hand was a bit small, and the floor was dirty. plenty of hot water and pressure, was a plus. i would recommend this hotel to a friend, and if we're in the area again, i would stay there.

Nice family friendly
They were very friendly, The rooms fit our family nicely. They were located only 23 min. from york beach. with easy direction to beach.

Quiet, clean and comfortable!
The property and room was the more than I expected. It was clean and well-maintained. The large wall-mounted flat screen TV made for an absolutely relaxing end of day after business meetings. The property was very easy to locate. The bathroom, with the extended curved shower rod and great lighting, was very user-friendly. The desk clerk was very pleasant and helpful. The room was quiet.

Access to everything..
The Hoilday Inn Express-Durham was very convenient to all points north, south, east and west. In addition, it was a clean, comfortable, quiet and relatively new facility.
