A Real Handicapper
A good night's sleep... sort of.
We were given a handicap room for no apparent reason, which wasn't much of an issue until we realized it meant no shelving in the bathroom, glaringly bright vanity lighting, sink water pressure that rivaled a firehose, and a shower that sprinkled water-like substances from the showerhead. Fortunately, the bed was comfortable at least and we almost had a full night's sleep until the person upstairs turned on his bathroom faucet at 5:00 a.m. When I pointed out that the "handcapped" room was indeed handicapped for occupants (including someone who actually was handicapped), the front desk clerk said in a perfunctory tone, "I'll be sure to tell the manager about your issues." Yeah, right... last time I stay at this place.

Adequate reasonable accomodations
Staff very friendly and accommodating. Rooms clean and conveniently located to I-93 and downtown Concord. Nothing special about hotel but perfectly adequate for business or family travel.

Comfortable stay at good price
Well laid out facility with comfortable rooms. Non-smoking enforced within the hotel. Decent breakfast buffet is better than most. Pool and work-out facilities are clean, well-maintained. There were only two of us but there was plenty of room for family of four or five with roll-out cot.

Good Value
This hotel was situated a little too close to the highway for my liking, but it was adequate. The amenities were ordinary. The rooms were clean and I liked that I had use of a fridge/microwave/kitchen sink/and free in room coffee. The breakfast was very good and the hot scrambled eggs were delicious. My daughter particually liked the waffles. The staff was very friendly and helpful offering directions when asked. I would stay here again.

Or a short drive to The Common Man. One of the BEST resturant experiences I've had in a long time. The stuffed sole is something I will remember and it made the trip worthwhile. The lobster chowder is delicious.

Fantastic family fun
I really enjoyed my time at the hotel. My daughter and I had a chance to be together and bond. We both loved the pool and hot tub. We especially like the employee who was on the front desk from 3 - 11. The room was very clean and spacious. The only thing we would have liked is for the pool to be open another hour - till 11 p.m. instead of 10 p.m. I was also very appreciative that they allowed me to check in early as I have a disability.

The best!
I really enjoyed our stay at Best Western. The hotel was clean and up to date - our room, tv, wireless, comfy beds and pillows, ac, microwave, refrig, coffee maker - all the comforts. The complimentary breakfast was very good too, lots to choose from. The front desk employees were very nice and helpful. The price was reasonable too! We will definitely come back to this hotel.

Running Kazoo
Pleasantly Surprised
The hotel was clean and staff attentive and friendly. If I was staying for an extended time, I'd stay again as the rooms have a fridge and microwave as well as a "kitchen sink". The rates were a little high with the Nascar event the weekend I was there (which was for work, NOT Nascar). Bathrooms were nice, bed comfortable. Free wireless internet...overall, good value.

Just spent the night!
I stayed the night out on business. Clean room and comfy bed. Could have used a better tv for the price but still not terrible.

Great location for pleasure
The hotel was easy to find. Near the shopping mall. The breakfast was great. Didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it looked inviting! I would stay there again. Just tought the sheets were too stiff!!
