the room was neat and picked up, clean linens and all, but oh the smell. i couldn't sleep at all because of the odor. motel rooms need to take out old carpeting. all the vacuuming in the world will not get rid of the smell. i wasn't expecting the ritz i knew it was quaint but only wish the aroma wasn't there.

Very Basic Motel
I didn't expect too much when I booked this motel given the price, etc. But, the furnishings were really old and very basic. The fridge and microwave did work, however.

cute cozy
This trip was....rent a car at AP and leave in the morning. However, it was a restful stay, comfortable, everything I needed....except coffee. Asked a fellow room-ster and they suggested Dunkin-Donuts (awesome!)..If you are a person that needs coffee to just begin to see in the am, you might want to bring your own coffee fixin's. The room was late 70's feel, funky pink tile, yet clean and cozy! Will stay again for sure. Great place to stay when arriving with a rental....however they do not have shuttle service....I actually wanted to stay there when leaving....but couldn't :(

The Hill Brook Motel was a very comfortable peaceful atmosphere. The room was clean and the staff was wonderful. I definitely recommend this motel.

comfortable and convenient
The Hill-Brooke Motel was a very convenient location to stay prior to leaving from Manchester airport. It is an older motel, but the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean and well kept.
