Super 8 York NE

The hotel was very clean...we requested no smoking and we were isolated from the smokers in a different building which was very nice considering we didnt have to suck air coming in through our motel room door! There was a breakfast in the morning and we didnt have to wait for our room when we check in! Over all very great!

This is a dingy place, low lights stickey carpet, broken chairs and hard beds. I had reserved two rooms -- one of the rooms was already occupied when we tried to open the door --desk clerk first said there were no other rooms, but finaly put one of us in a "suite" the beds were very hard and uncomfortable -- asked to be moved the next morning and was told that there were some remodeled rooms on another floor with new beds available but we couldn't change because I had booked through [...] and that locked the computer. Asked for refund of remaining pre-paid nights-- was told the manager quit 3 weeks ago and no one had authority to move us or refund anything -- the owner might be in sometime this week.

AC quite noisy

My stay was fine and I have no complaints that need addressing. The two most important things I expect from any motel are a comfortable bed and a good shower. In this regard, my room was comparable to ones costing much more at other hotels. Breakfast was available early enough to fit my busy schedule. The noise from the pool (late afternoons) was due to a number of children and the facilities accoustics, neither of which were the fault of the hotel staff. I did spend a very relaxing fifteen minutes in the hot tub. I was there long enough to make use of either the exercise equipment nor the T.V.

Clean, quiet, and tidy. TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee. Everything needed.

It was very bad , when I checked in they did not have me set for a pet room but they got that strat and then we went to the room, we got ready to go to bed and found that the bed was so hard that it was hard to sleep and the heating unit that was in the room cycled off and on about every 10 minutes. To tell the truth I will not stay at this Motol again.

Went to football game in Lincoln. The staff was helpful in finding stadium There wasn't much of a choice for breakfast...need to improve on that.

Noisy, every time a door closed it echoed thru the room. When I asked for a room statement the desk clerk was rude and went on and on that you needed to provide it, that the King room was normally 100+ and you only pay them 57.00 for it, I explained I have stayed there a number of times and received a statement of what I paid, and she just got snipy. The box springs squeaked everytime you sat on the bad, luckily it didn't once you laid in the bed. We were in the newer section which is much nicer than the older section. But still noisy. The frontdesk personnel were always really nice in the past and when we checked in.

Musty smell in the room and the drain in the bathtube was very slow.

Checked in in about one minute with no problems. Decent wireless service. Staff was helpful and friendly.
