not happy, main lobby looks great, free breakfast was nice but apple basket at front desk swarming with fruit flies--rotten ... apples, lock on door of the first room I was given was broken, sauna and hot tub out of order this place was over-rated

The Rave Theaters is an excellent location to see a film. I took my 11 year old to see "UP" in 3-D/HD and it was great.

The hotel was beautiful and the room comfortable, but I could not get my computer to connect to their Wi-Fi. I even tried ... asking at the desk, but the receptionist couldn't help me. I needed to have computer access to finish planning the rest of my trip so I was seriously hampered. I would stay at the hotel again, but I wouldn't rely on computer access.

I found the hotel to be decent and clean, centrally located and family friendly. Having stayed in various Omaha area hotels ... over the past several years, this hotel matches up with the other local hotels in its price range.

This was a weekend getaway for my husband and me. The Regency is a lovely hotel and the staff was kind and attentive. I was ... a bit disappointed only in that the photos (Orbitz and other locations) of the rooms leave one with the impression that jet tubs are standard and a few other slightly skewed impressions. Our non-smoking room did smell of smoke a bit too. Overall, the Regency struck me as a very nice hotel in the throes of remaking itself. I believe they will do well.

Room was very small and outdated. Floor needed cleaned, it was very sticky. The rest of the hotel looked like it had been ... updated and the breakfast was very good.

The hotel was easily accessible to the main freeway network and downtown. Easy in easy out. The hotel has a big hotel/resort ... feel but the price of a economy room. The restaurant and bar were excellent and the staff was friendly. Clean and beautifully appointed. Best value in Omaha.

The swimming pool water was way too warm. The breakfast buffet was ok but was running low even before the end and my eggs ... weren't very warm. Seemed like our faucet leaked some as there was a small pool forming after use. I prefer a bar in the tub for security as the tub was somewhat slick. The air conditioner was very good. Didn't really watch tv but what I saw was good. The maids were very nice.
