A little disappointed
The sleeping area was averrage to good. The bathroom, especially the bathtub/shower were very bad. The whole top edge of the shower was covered with mold as well as the entire face of the soap holder. The tub itself had mold on the sides. This was very obvcious and I questioned how something like this could be missed during cleaning.

Excellent value and helpful staff
Went to Omaha for the College Baseball World Series. First time in the area and we had a fantastic five days. Took my son and his friend and we have positive experiences about the Super 8, Omaha and the people in the area. Great atmosphere. Super 8 staff very friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to return to Omaha and to stay there again.

Outstanding staff of employees!
I was in Omaha for a business trade show, and while there had a fine stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable, quiet, and served my purpose well. I did not spend much time in my room due to my schedule, but the time spent met my needs well. I want to comment on the great staff at the hotel. I had some special business needs and my expectations were exceeded in how all worked with me. Friendly, very competent, and always willing to answer my many questions.

When I checked in, 27 May, they had me on the third floor with stairs. I am a disabled senior citizen. They moved me to the first floor, and changed my reservation to the first floor, rm 122, for 3 Jun. When I arrived 3 Jun, I was moved back to third floor and they only had one room left on the second floor. Had a lot of difficulty getting up the stairs with my suitcase, purse, and makeup tote. Was very upset that they moved me.

OK, for the price
The room was OK and thankfully the housekeeper was honest because we left our cameras in the room after we checked out. They were on a chair that got pushed under a desk, so my husband missed them when he brought the luggage down. Not an easy hotel for a handicapped person because all rooms and the breakfast are accessed by stairs. Our biggest complaint was a group of young people that were running around above us until 5:00 am. They put bottle caps in the access doors so they wouldn't lock.

Big mistake. Stay next door at Ramada
Worst part: weird, "dirty-feet covered w/ cheap deodorizer" smell in room that would not go away. Poor ventilation. Best feature: price, central location. The room had an unpleasant odor that would not leave. Multiple sets of short stairs that had to be used to get to the room as well as the breakfast area/lobby. Mattress was uncomfortably firm. Will not stay there again, but area was great. Will spend just a little more to stay at neighboring hotel. Money saved was NOT WORTH IT. Very old facility.

"Conveniently close to the freeway"
We just spent the night and continued driving in the morning. The hotel receptionist gladly upgraded our room to 2 full beds, instead of the 1 full bed we were originally assigned. We stayed at a different hotel on our joureny and it was nicer and cheaper, but was located in a different state.
