Quality Inn Omaha

My king room had the bathroom sink drain detached and laying on the floor. Was given a second room with queen beds which was OK. Overall, nothing exceptional.

When we checked in the staff was informative and friendly. We were given good direction to the room. It was clean and the street traffic was not to loud. The beds were firm and the room looked clean. My first thought was will I be able to sleep. I did. The breakfast was not as not as good as other places we have stayed. There was more than enough. It had a nice sunny room. I did like the location. It was easy to enter and easy to leave. I appreciated this. Will we stay again? Yes

Overall pretty clean. Housekeeping missed a few things that must have fallen behind the nightstand, and that was kinda gross, but I had a fine stay there otherwise. Treadmill worked well and they had plenty of cable channels. Also, easy access wireless included with the room was a big plus. No passwords or codes or anything.

From the second day of my 5 day stay, the card key gave me nothing but trouble. The 2nd day my card key would not open the outside door or my room. The 3rd day the same thing happened. The 4th day, I had to get the General Manager to reprogram the card key again.

This hotel was hip in the 70's, now it needs a hip replacement. Clean, but old; AC worked but sounded like an alarm so we were up all night. Workout room was hot, and 3 machines. Will not return.

Clean room, indoor pool and spa

Very stong tobacco smell.

This hotel is neat and clean. Rooms could use a little updating but over all not a bad place to stay. Front desk staff were friendly. We did not get a chance to use the pool area but it looked very nice and clean.

This isn't a bad place it is just an older facility. Good location & easy to find.

While I would definitely stay here again for the price, it left a lot to be desired. While the night staff was excellent, the morning staff was extremely rude. When I went up to ask for a wet rag to wipe down the highchair that hadn't been cleaned from the last person who used it for breakfast, she blantantly ignored me to speak to someone on the phone about the weather. Rooms were clean enough, though we were "upgraded" to a different room due to maintenance. Yes, the room we were upgraded to was a family suite, but had a fold out sofa bed and a (very hard) double bed, not king. Overall, I would probably stay there again just because it could have been worse and the price is reasonable, but I may have been willing to pay a little more for something nicer.
