The room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the full kitchen [especially the refrigerator] and the separate bedroom. The grounds were nicely landscaped and since it was off the main road, it was very peaceful.

Family visit
The only complaint i have about the the hotel is that there was never any hot water. Most days you could take a luke warm shower but on the weekend the water was ice code after 5 minutes and never really wamred up again even after waiting after 30 minutes.

Great place to stay
The Premiere staff were very helpful and courteous. My college son stayed with me, so the suite arrangement was perfect. I am now recommending this hotel to other Nebraska travelers due to the suites, breakfast, and location

Family overnight
Great hotel at a great price! We took the kids for an overnight stay in Omaha. We had passes for the water park and wanted to stay close. This hotel is right across the street. The next morning we were going to the zoo, which is just a few exits east on I-80. There is a separate living room with a pull out couch, small kitchen, and 2 TV's. Breakfast is great with eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits and gravy. Nice lobby and very nice staff. We left a doll in the room and they sent it back to us. We will definitely stay there again.

Great family/friend get together
This was a wonderful place to spend time with family and friends. The 2 bedroom suite was divine with the bedrooms on either side of the living area. We will definitely stay there again! I, nor our friends/family, had ever heard of Premiere Suites of Omaha until I found it on Orbitz.

sweet suite
At check-in, the area was spacious, quiet and clean. And that set the tone for our weekend. We had a king-sized suite with a doorway that closed the br/bath from the rest of the room. Functionally small kitchen completed the room. There were two TVs (br and living room). The location is just off of I-80 but not right on the highway or the busy connecting street. Fencing around the complex helped the feeling of quiet. There wasn't a lot of trash around the parking lots which is a change of some nearby chains. Staff was very professional and smiling when there was a need to interact with them. Breakfast was good. Typical waffle maker was supplemented with scrambled eggs (or similar) and sausage links. Typically there was a potato offering as well. Fresh fruit, juice, cereal and pastries completed it. Coffee/tea/hot chocolate was available in the lobby 24hr as well as in the room. Only reasons for not doing a 'five' across the board are: Location - not real close to shopping or restaurants - most are at least a mile or so away. Amenities - pool was outdoor pool and it closed on Labor Day Room cleanliness - while clean, the room did show some signs of its age - nothing terrible/bad but enough to rate a 4/5. In Omaha, you will probably have a car so location is not a major problem. I don't go to swim in a pool so that wasn't a significant issue for me nor is seeing a property age well. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay that provides great value, a better than average (by a good margin) breakfast and room to stretch out -- this should be on your short list for Omaha properties.

Dining tip:
Short drive from hotel
For us - heading north on 72nd towards Dodge was the direction where the most variety of dining and shopping opportunities existed. The drive is less than about 2 miles and the choices stretched out in all directions by the time you reached that cross street.

1st choice for my next visit in Omaha
With a medically fragile family member to visit in Omaha, we found our room at Premiere Suites just perfect for sincere conversations. It was very well appointed, comfortable, and convenient. Breakfast exceeded expectations. Very comfortable sleeping and terrific climate control in the room. Great reception staff. It would have been nice to have been able to sit outside and eat without the smokers usurping the table. Please remind the housekeeping staff that loud discussions and laughing conversations are great but not at 7:00 AM from one end of the hall to the other (ground floor 1A).
