No cold Showers
No Hot Water
The place was clean, but we had no hot water, only luke warm at 11:30 PM, and when the wife took he shower at 4:00 AM it was still cold. We to leave a 4:30AM to catch a flight and no one as on the front desk to inform, just dropped the key and left. I hope it get fixed

Good value
Very convenient location for my purposes. Near Creighton and hospitals. I have stayed there several times over the past year, usually not more than 2 nights at a time. I'm not using the room other than to sleep in. Rooms are a bit dated and the whole place could use a good use spruce-up. I know my wife would not stay there but I find it more than adequate for my quick trips. The staff is helpful.

Nice Accomodations
First time staying and for the price, I think it's a great deal. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The only downside was the phone didn't work, so we couldn't get extra towels or a wake up call from our room. Will stay there again because it's close to Downtown without paying outrageous prices.

Average hotel
Not a bad place to stay in Omaha. Fairly central and cheap. You get what you pay for so don't expect to be "wowed".

OK hotel
Not a great hotel to stay..but was convenient for a 6 hr stay. Stay was very nice and friendly

Improvement needed
First off, the hotel's name was changed from the time I booked it till the time I arrived and it took me 4 times driving by before I called the hotel and they told me that the name had changed. I visited my brother in town the same time and his accomadations far ecxeeded mine, so I stayed with him. I thought I was booking a Holiday Inn, and it turned out to be Motel 6. Not impressed!

Hotel changed names
Betwen the time we reserved the room and the start of our stay the hotel changed owners and names. That made it confusing intrying to find the hotel in a strange city and confusing streets. We expected to have a breakfast but the new owners do not offer that. Otherwise it was quite nice and a good location.

my stay in omaha, ne.
Upon our arrival we learned that the name of the hotel wa changed to motel 6. After being told that breakfast was from 6am-10am each morning. the first morning of our stay we were told that they nolonger serve continental breakfast, even though we were told they did at arrival. the rooms and service were average.

Not a Best Western anymore
We had a hard time finding thia hotel as we were looking for the Best Western. It has now changed to a MOTEL 6 and does not provide a breakfast, which we thought was included. It also does not have coffee in the lobby. The room was ok for us, but the neighborhood is not the greatest. The air conditioning could've been cooler and the bigger problem was you couldn't pull drapes to darken the room. We did not like that at all. I don't think I would stay here again, unless they would make some changes. Also the carpet was very badly stained.

California Tacos was not far from our room and it was great. Also ate ate the Village Inn and had a good breakfast.
