La Quinta Inn Omaha Southwest

Got into bed, started pulling up the bedding, and noticed that the blanket was really cruddy-looking. Further inspection showed it was ancient and well-worn, covered with fuzzballs of every color imaginable, and had a large burn-hole in it. I was creeped out and removed it from the bed. The soap dish indentation in the shower had some sort of grawdoo growing in the top left corner. I don't expect 5-star quality from La Quinta, but they are usually comfortable and apparently clean. This one was something of a disappointment. Upon checkout, I mentioned that that blanket needed to be burned, and the clerk said she would make a note of it. (Of La Quintas in general, I would like to say that I DO very much appreciate their pet-friendly policy.)

Flew in for the weekend to attend the Husker - Michigan State game. Room was clean, comfortable and the staff was very accomodating.

I was with my 16 year old and we needed a place for one night. Very close to exit. Drove in from Chicago. I did not want to spend the money for the La Vista convention hotels on the next exit. It was hard to find due to construction in the area, ony one wrong turn. The room was big and clean, the staff both in the evening and morning were as nice as could be. Nice breakfeast place (Village Inn) next door. Air condtioner was great. Shower perfect. I am sorry I did not spend another night. I will most likely not be in the area again, but I do recomend this hotel (No elevator) but I am ok with that. My son did not want the continental breakfeast but that would have been ok too. Dr. Cool

The entire staff was wonderful and very polite. Breakfast was awesome. I loved the waffles. This hotel is great for a quick get a way and being at this location gave great access to highways.

Here to attend a granddaughter's basketball tournament. The front desk was very helpful and cordial. I needed a late check-out time and they were very nice about it. The room was clean and roomy. close to shopping, dining.

I don't spend much time in a hotel when traveling La Quinta had everything I needed, even offered room options at the same price without me having to ask.

Hotel is in a great location. Close to downtown and to the major shopping malls. Right off Interstate 80.

Only thing I could complain about was the pillows. The room was a non-smoking room, but the pillows smelled as if they had been previously used in a smoking room. Spraying them down with some Fabreze took care of that. Not serious enough for me to bring it up to the staff.

This was a one night stop over on a trip from Michigan to Colorado. Room was clean quite and the bed was very comfortable. Location was convenient to I80. Free breakfast was very HO-HUM. I would not hesitate to stay there again

could tell that it used to be a smoking room YEARS ago. Hotel just needs to be updated, but it fit the bill for what we needed, which was a place to sleep for a night as we traveled West.
