The La Quinta Inn Omaha Northwest is not far from shopping at Westroads Mall and close to attractions such as the Henry Doorly Zoo, Children's Museum and Joslyn Art Center. In just a short drive, reach the sports and entertainment venues of Qwest Center, Mid-America Center, Council Bluffs Casinos and Rosenblatt Stadium (home of the College World Series). Reach Creighton University and the University of Nebraska-Omaha in about fifteen minutes. Excellent for the money spent.

The motel was fine. It was hard to get to, back off winding roads. The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast had very good choices, and the area was kept clean. When in Omaha we will probably go back to the same motel.

Not so great

The bathtub was filthy and the non-stick bottom was coming undone. The floors had stains, and the room had a bad odor. The fridge was unplugged when we got to our room and there was a puddle of water at the bottom and it smelled really bad. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean. Not too impressed. Stayed there years ago and it was not as bad as it was this time. Disappointed.

Overnight stay

Location was perfect just off the interstate but tucked away to eliminate traffic noise. The staff was great and the room was spotless. Will stay there again when in that part of Omaha.

Reunion

Hotel was very nice, usually stay there because of location. Came back late a couple of nights and had difficulty finding close parking. Stale cigarette smell is very noticeable.

Bogies Bar and Grill is in the parking lot. Very convenient with good tavern food.

Fun Times

Decent hotel, very nice and helpful staff!! Our plans included visiting the zoo, which was very easy to get to from the hotel. Would stay at this hotel again!

Priced with budget in mind

The hotel was acceptably clean. The pool was outdoor so could not be used during this winter trip. There were no guest computers for internet. However, the hotel was quiet and the employees were courteous. The overall ranking reflects as a 3.

The uncleaned room

Had to go to Omaha due to a death in the family. we stayed for 10 days and 3 of those days our room was not cleaned. We were told the first day that it was because we had all 3 keys. we only had 2. They rekeyed the room door. a coupld days later the room once again was not cleaned. the manager came with clean towels and once again the door was rekeyed. the next day it was not cleaned again. same process. same outcome. this made our stay more stressful then necessary at a very difficult time.

Excellent Stay

The Hotel was wonderful. It was clean and the staff were very friendly. My room was in perfect condition. I would stay at this Hotel again!
