The Zin Room
The Zin Room restaurant offers exquisite food and sophisticated service featuring a captivating menu of Americana fusion cuisine. The dramatic two story restaurant provides an exciting and vibrant atmosphere in a comfortable and cozy space with warm colors of stone and wood. Lofty ceilings give way to a semi-private mezzanine area for dining, comfortable seating around an expansive stone fireplace, and high table tops in the lounge area. Under the direction of acclaimed Chef Ryan Gish, the Zin Room is the ideal dining venue for Hotel guests offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. Chef Gish has spent his entire life surrounded by culinary influences - learning to cook at a young age. His reputation for creating a comfortable and contemporary dining experience with signature dishes spanning cuisines from around the world is well known in Omaha.
The Zin Room (Contd)
An extensive wine list was the inspiration for the name Zin Room which also presents a unique selection of classic and contemporary cocktails, including several signature drinks - the "AmaZIN Martini" made with Zinfandel, cream, and raspberry liquor and the "Bourbon for Breakfast" featuring bacon infused bourbon made in-house. Graceful touches are apparent in all of the cocktails made at the Zin Room. Live music and happy hour complement the dining experience. Incredible Hotel

The hotel had great attention to detail, it was clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and the shower was extraordinary. The only thing that I would have changed is that they had a refrigerator/mini bar in the dresser with absolutely nothing in it! I loved the coffee in the am, but having to go down to the front desk was a pain. I would have liked a coffee pot in our room to have my first cup of coffee while we were getting ready in the am.
