Homewood Suites by Hilton® Omaha-Downtown

Very nice hotel right across the ball park. Free parking next to hotel. The room (one bedroom suite) was big and very clean. It had a nice full kitchen. The breakfast was good and plenty. Downtown is only one mile south of it. The staff was friendly.

In Omaha attending a conference and decided to stay at this hotel as they did not charge extra for more than one person staying in the room, parking or use of the amenities, had good reviews, located near where the conference was being held and appeared to be well kept. I was not disappointed during my stay with them and sadly this hotel was the best part of my trip. Staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms were comfortable with a full kitchen and pull out sofa bed (the beds were very comfortable), free internet, in very good and clean condition and quiet even though there was a big event across the street and the hotel was packed. They provided free DVDs, breakfast and an evening meal and free shuttle service to nearby locations. It was "homey" and an enjoyable experience. Only negatives was the indoor pool water was cold, poor assortment and quality of beverages with meals and cost of courtesy items were double or triple what they would cost in a store. This hotel was well worth the price and if ever in Omaha again, this is where I will stay.

This was a great room at this price point! So many extras available. Full kitchen, complete office downstairs to send your photos off your memory card or print out a map or look stuff up on the internet. Of course there was Internet in the room too. Small store in lobby and will bring what you need to your room. Gas grills on a patio, pool, whirlpool, exercise room (more then most places)and the free breakfast was the best we've ever had. The shower soap was poor (leaves sticky feeling, not smooth/silky) and in our room there was a carpet nail that didn't break the skin but made me say ouch.

This was a nice, clean hotel with a really fantastic downtown Omaha location. Having an in-suite kitchen was a great bonus. But compared to a Hyatt Summerfield we stayed in the night before, the Homewood Suites wasn't nearly as nice. It was the little details - no soap in the kitchen for dishes, four tissues left in the box with no replacement - all the things that were available in abundance at the Hyatt were nowhere to be found at this Hilton hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, giving directions and suggestions of activities to do with the family.

This hotel had more in the rooms than we were expecting. Dishwasher, pots and pans, full sized fridge. Even a cooktop! We only stayed for one night, it sits just off a main road and being Sat night, there were a lot of people crusing with the music bumping, we were on the 8th floor and it sounded like we were on the first. Breakfast was good, they kept everything stocked. Overall, a good trip, just wish the noise wouldn't have been so loud.

The hotel was located very near many fun local attractions. We were able to walk to the riverfront area and downtown. The room was like a mini apartment!!!! One of the best I've ever stayed in! Will most definetly be returning in the near future!!

We were exhausted from a long day of flying. The shuttle picked us up about 10 minutes after we picked up our bags. Since our room was ready, we were able to check in 2 hours early-hooray! Our quiet, clean room was the perfect size for our family of 3 to relax, snack and play without feeling like we were on top of each other. The manager's reception was a welcome surprise after a long day-a light dinner and adult beverages as well. I was thrilled with the ease of using the complimentary shuttle and not renting a car was a great way to save money. I would stay here again and recommend to others.

IT WAS GREAT. bREAKFAST WAS FANTASTICK AND OUR ROOM WAS SO SPACIOUS.
