Omaha Hilton

Not really a good experience. They tried to give us a room with a queen bed when we reserved a king. Shower drain was so clogged with hair that the water filled up in the tub to my ankles by the time I finished my shower. There was a good amount of noise as the hotel was under construction.

Rough start

As we drove up to the hotel we noticed they were adding an addition. The woman at the front desk told us we weren't near any of it and that they quit work around 5:00pm. Our room on the 5th floor was really nice. It was very clean. We layed down to take a nap and it sounded like someone was playing a ping pong match with a golf ball in the room above us. It was so loud we couldn't sleep. We stopped by the front desk on our way to dinner to ask about it and turns out they were also remodeling the whole 7th floor and they didn't stop work until 8:00pm! They moved us to the 3rd floor and while you could still hear the hammering, it wasn't too bad. The front desk staff and the valet car staff were very nice. Not a bad place to stay. I'll just be asking any hotel I stay in from now on if there is any remodeling!!

Nice stay

Went to Qwest Center for Taylor Swift concert. pros-clean, nice, cool room, cool area of town, nice for concert goers Cons-parking spots were rare, little stuffy in the rooms was a little pricey for this hotel in Omaha.Told us that exec floor b-fast was open until 11am and a actually was over at 10 but ran out of food at 930. Pretty disappointed with that. Charged a extra $10 for wireless, on top of a $250/night stay

Disappointed

Room smelled like a smoker had been there before, drinking glasses were dirty, construction work on above floor was going on even on weekend and hotel internet connection did not work all the time and they still charged for the service.
