never again!

Only booked it because it was cheap and close to downtown. Will pay more next time. Broken down cars in the parking area. Bathroom door handle was broken. Looked like there was a shotgun blast pattern on the inside of our door. Our freinds that also stayed there woke up to with bugs crawling on their pillows. Found two different types of bugs in their beds and cockroachs behind the fridge. Pretty sure people were living in some of the rooms full time. Nasty place!

You get what you pay for...

Reserved a non-smoking room and when i opened the door i was smacked in the face with a smoke-hand. The room actually had the windows wide open and the a/c on high to try to circulate the smoke smell out of the room. The guy wearing the monster hat at the front desk seemed nice though.

just needed a room close to downtown

We were not expecting a lot from this motel, but it was close enough to the Old Market and cheap, so we decided to try it out. It's definitely not fancy but has a microwave and a fridge in the rooms and was clean. Don't plan on eating breakfast here.

Good stay near old downtown Omaha

Old motel decently maintained. Room was large enough, comfortable, nice T.V., with an o.k. breakfast offering. Close to old downtown Omaha. Easy to find, good parking available.

Sightseeing tip: Short drive from hotel

The Dunham Museum was great. Park anywhere in old downtown and the 12 small block business district is easily walked. Lots of interesting historic buildings. Variety of restaurants. The pedestrian bridge over the Missouri into Iowa was interesting. The flooding kept us from the Lewis & Clarki landing area and statue area.

Adequate, friendly

The room was clean, adequate, and cheap. Nothing special, but fine. The staff was friendly. The internet had problems and I had to keep asking them to reset the router, which was annoying, but they were always happy to do it and it did fix the problem.

A decent place to stay

Good: The personal service was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and nice...it had a mini refrigerator and microwave. Beds were comfortable and heat/air worked well. Not so good: The phone did not work, it seemed to be missing the power cord. The faucet in the bathroom was not caulked securely to the counter. The shower didn't have much pressure. The continental breakfast was very limited to a few muffins, mini bagels, cereal and juice (the OJ was bad). Finally, the pop machine only accepted exact change. I was woken up twice by girls laughing and yelling in the next room at 4:30am. This is when I realized the phone didn't work. When I found my cell phone and called the front desk, they took care of the problem right away...I heard the phone ring in the girl's room and they quieted down. I really appreciated that! I would use this motel again, it was worth the low cost, but I would keep the "bad" in mind and prepare in advance for these minor inconveniences.

Good room.

Hotel was fine. I always smoke outside but asked for a smoking room. That was a mistake. The room smelled like smoke. Otherwise, everything was just fine.

It was so bad we didn't stay the night!!

We booked a non-smoking room and when we got there the clerk argued that we didn't. The room they gave us smelled awful and was filthy. We took picture as proof. He refused to refund our money since it was prepaid so we went somewhere else for the night. I turned down the bed and the sheets were stained and dirty. You couldn't have paid me to stay there.

THIS PLACE IS NO GOOD FOR FAMILIES!

This is not a very good hotel. There were pornographic magazines left in my room as well as several women that appeared to be prostitutes going in with strange men. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially not families!
