Adequate, friendly

The room was clean, adequate, and cheap. Nothing special, but fine. The staff was friendly. The internet had problems and I had to keep asking them to reset the router, which was annoying, but they were always happy to do it and it did fix the problem.

Cheap but tattered

Bedding tattered with holes in blankets. Old building could use some renovation. Convenient location but on a rundown block with vacant buildings and lots surrounding. Although we encountered no problems, next time we'll spend a little more to upgrade.

A room at a good location

The best thing about this hotel is the price. Being close to downtown and not breaking the bank makes this hotel a good choice!

Cheap Downtown

I didn't expect much for the downtown location, and it wasn't. Perfectly clean and friendly service. Slept and left, and was fine for that.

A place to sleep & shower

We were so busy going to the swimming events, that we really didn't need the hotel for any extra comforts. I'm not sure when the floor had been cleaned. The staff was very accommodating & helpful. The location was perfect for our needs. I'm also very glad there was a microwave & refrig in the room. The coffee pot never worked, even after asking for it to be replaced. Thank you

Just plain gross

Staying during swimming trials and booked late so had no choice. Got stuck with smoking room. It was awful, reeked. Daughter saw a huge cockroach in bathroom. Hair/dirty cups for coffee. Bedspreads with burn holes and stains, lumpy pillows. Begged for a nonsmoking room. Thankfully they were accomodating but new room smelled too. Bottom line. Moldy, musty, stinky, old, needs refurbishing. Can't wait to get out of here!

BEWARE! AVOID THIS PLACE!!

Was scheduled to stay here for 3 nights and barely made it through 1!! Curtains were torn and dirty. Floors, sheets, comforters, and even walls were all stained beyond cleaning. Trim on base of walls was coming off. They had a chair propped against the wall to hold it up!! Looked behind and inside fridge and there were bugs!! This hotel even sent me home with a lovely (being sarcastic) gift of BED BUGS!! AVOID THE PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!

New Years ICK!

The hotel while in the downtown area, is a rougher part of downtown. The Hotel was bug free, but several things needed attention. The bedding had cigarette burns, and a flat sheet where a fitted one should have been used. The pillow cases were so thin that paper thin would have been complement to them. The bathroom had leaking water from the tub that would not drain. The list goes on and on. If you don't mind a dirty room at a dirt cheap price this is the place for you.
