Needs Something

Good for large family reservations

There are not a lot of hotels that will accomidate 6+ in one room.

Did not enjoy my stay

I had surgery and wanted a quiet well maintained hotel for my week stay. IT WAS HORRID!!!! The first day we were here the noise from outside from heator units/air/pool pumps were so loud that it sounded like we were in a jet! We asked for another room and the noise was just as bad. We couldnt even use the heator at night because the thermastat would turn off or not even turn on the unit, called maintenance and they said not to use it (30 degrees outside!) that it has a mind of its own. Water pressure sometimes would turn off turns off on its own, more then a few times a day. Then, their was loud conventions all week, and shriners, wild partys it was the worse place to stay!!! Dont stay here ever!!! The food was horrid and we got sick.

Relaxing little getaway

The staff is very welcoming and warm. The room was beautiful. Food was delicious. I got just what I needed a very relaxing enviroment not to mention the way this hotel is built is gorgeous.

Family Vacation

We were in Omaha for a family members surgery. While in town we went to the zoo, shopping, and ate out. We did request queen beds but only had 2 double beds. They were very comfortable though so it worked out OK. Compared to previous trips this was the best so far.Also, my daughter had her 10th B-Day while there and 2 front desk attendants, [...], were awesome in helping with celebrate her birthday, thanks ladies.

OK

The hotel room smelled of stale smoke. We complained and they sprayed the room with air freshener, but the smell came back. Should have gotten a different room. Nice sized room and good location, but not very clean.
