Downtown Omaha
Nice location, but for the price "meh". The A/C wouldn't work when we first got there...they sent a maintenance man up to fix it...he admitted he was on his way home...SO. he got it to work and said he'd check back "in a minute" to make sure it stayed working. Well...it NEVER worked again a minute later, and this was for our entire visit.

Family Traveler 1976
Great location, expect more from staff
It is a nice hotel with a great location. (Paying for parking seems a bit ridiculous as you are on the outskirts of the Old Market Area.) The hotel seems a bit upscale, but the employees did not even have a uniform. It was hard to tell who was even working there. Usually at a hotel, you are greeted when you arrive. I actually waited behind an employee that I assumed was a guest until she headed behind the desk. With that said, it is a mild complaint, and our stay was overall was good.

Nice place
Close, walking distance (if it's not too cold) to the Old Market area. My only complaint was the room was near something pretty loud (my guess, it was the boiler). On the plus side, I got a nice big corner room with lots of windows.

Great Location
Location is close to everything in Old Market area. The staff were excellent and were very helpful. They learned my grandson was celebrating his 6th birthday and left a happy birthday note and candy bar in our room for him. It was nice having coffee and food bar available for convenience in the lobby area. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit.

wknd getaway
location was great, walking distance to Old Market, only a couple of driving miles from the Zoo! Staff was friendly, we stayed on the 9th floor and had a problem with ants! The ants were all over in the carpet. When we got home our suitcases and bags had ants in them. The staff didnt seem too concerned about them.

Saving Cash
Omaha Vacation
Typical Marriott Courtyard but in repurposed industrial building. Once inside you wouldn't know. Walking distance to Old Market neighborhood and Century Link Center. On same street as Durham Museum, Botanical Gardens and Zoo, quick drive to all. Pool is smaller than it looks on hotel website but typical size for a Courtyard. One suggestion for management, entrance door should have automatic option for better accessibility.

CWS trip
I loved the business library. There was always a computer available. The staff was so nice and helpful. We were there for our first trip to the Baseball College World Series. It was nice to have sports items for sale in the lobby. It would have been nice to have a continental breakfast for the price we paid per night.
