comfortable and a good location
Rooms were quite large, clean, and comfortable. Staff was fine and a free shuttle to the airport was more than handy. Location between downtown and the river made it easy to walk everywhere downtown, but they do have their own parking. The hotel is six stories high, so if you get a room on the 10th floor you also get a riddle to solve while you are their.

Most dining is in the Old Market area nearby, but a very interesting Chinese resteraunt with a lovely interior dating from its opening in 1920 is to be found on the 2nd floor of a building in the area south of the National Bank building.

Great value and location.
I payed $99 for this hotel and was very pleased. Old market, Quest Center, Downtown parks and pedestran bridge all within walking distance from this hotel. Zoo and Childrens museum just a 5 minute drive away. Very pleased with our stay!

Lovely Location
Going to Omaha to watch a friend play the Slowdown and for the College World Series, this was a perfect place to stay! Will definitely be back!!

Courtyard by Marriott Omaha
We stayed in Omaha because we had an early morning flight. The hotel's proximity to the Old Market was nice because we had dinner at a restaurant in the area. It was disappointing that the continental breakfast didn't start until 7 am because we had to be at the airport by that time.

Comfortable no hassles stay
Just visited Omaha. Nice town for a couple days. The town needs other basic shops downtown but I understand it is a zoning issue for tenants. Omaha is a simple no frills town. Not really a city, but nice.

This hotel is well located but if you have small children and or old folks traveling with you do plan on a few minute walk to the Old Market and dress for potential bad weather.
