Not such a good choice
Noisy, young college crowd hangout bar in lobby which made parking lot a safety concern. Lobby filled with drunk college aged types getting happy hour incentives at the bar. Poor environment. Extremely overpriced for the quality of this hotel. Would never stay here again and would not recommend.

Over All Fair Value
I travel to Omaha on Business maybe 6 plus times a year, and have stayed at a mix of hotels in the past including the Comfort Inn & Suites. I would consider previous stays better . . . restaurant open untill 10, yet both nights pizza only food available, in room internet service great first night, however very slow and sporatic the next night, staff didn't seem to concerned. Price is comparable to many hotels that offer less for the dollar.

Good Stay for overnight family trip
Best room for the price. Would have preferred the Market districe but not for 2X the price. Great bar service and kids had fun at the pool. Easy travel to other city locations.

A nice place to stay.
When we checked in, the desk clerk was one of the friendliest clerks we've dealt with in a long time. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the a/c worked really well. The complimentary breakfast had a nice selection to choose from. The biscuits and gravy were good as well as the fresh waffles.

We ate dinner at the Perkins Restaurant & Bakery located next to the hotel. The food was very good and they had a nice selection to choose from.

"Good value & location for shopping/zoo"
Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice and clean. The breakfast was biscuits and gravy, belgium waffles, bagles, fruit, and mini donuts. The location was perfect to shop on a Friday night at Westroads Mall and leave Saturday morning for the Zoo.

okay
Busy hotel, bar was so loud!! And since our room was right above the bar, we had to run the a/c all night just so the kids could sleep.... Had to wait 15 minutes to check out while the staff chatted on the phone! Not recommended!

More than I had expected!
We were traveling to visit family in Omaha. We had our two dogs with us and I feared that I may end up with a lower quality hotel in order to accomidate them. Not True. I travel for business and this hotel and the service I received was comporable to that of 4-5 star hotels that I usually stay in.
